The results were analyzed by using mathematical-statistical methods. Results: Despite the small research set, the result in one test of four, which is quantitatively evaluated, was determined to be statistically significant. The other test results improved or came close to average values relative to the rest of the research population. The results of test exercises evaluating motorical skills, which were evaluated in a qualitative manner, have been positive. All skills have shown an increase in probands who have mastered them. Testing testifies about improving motorical skills and abilities after completing a course of children's recreational aerobics. Keywords: Children's recreational aerobics; motorical abilities; motorical skills; testing; training unit.
Diagnosis of developmental dyspraxia in children and adolescents with a focus on the preference of the upper or lower extremities in sport
Helebrantová, Soňa ; Kraus, Josef (advisor) ; Zounková, Irena (referee)
Diploma thesis "Diagnosis of developmental dyspraxia in children and adolescents with a focus on the preference of the upper or lower extremities in sport" summarizes all available information about etiology, diagnosis and therapy of developmental dyspraxia in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the use of the diagnostic test Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2, which is designed to identify motor disorders in children. Developmental dyspraxia is very often associated with attention problems so the Test of Attention d2 was used. Difficulty with attention has been confirmed in individuals with impaired physical abilities. There was no significant difference in the overall motor skills between handball players and soccer players. The evaluation of particular components showed significantly better results for girls playing handball in the field of manual dexterity.
The level of motor skills and physical activity in young school-age children (9-11 years).
Šorna, Tomáš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: The level of motor skills and physical activity in school-age children (9-11 years) Author: Bc.Tomáš Šorna Supervisor: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objectives: An aim of the work is to find out, in one week of monitoring, a relationship between physical activity of young school-age children and their level of motoric skills with respect to their age. The aim is also to find character of mutual relationships between indicators of physical activity and motoric skills. Methods: The target market of the thesis are pupils of third, fourth and fifth classes (n=73; 10,3 ± 0,8 years) in one of the primary schools in Příbram. In the thesis has been applied method of analysis Actigraph GT3X, which has analysed physical activity and TGMD-2 test (Test of Gross Motor Skills - 2nd edition) to find out needful data of motoric skills. Results: Average figure of moderately to high physical activity exceeded recommended level of physical activity good for health development (70 ± 38,7 min). However, 70% of young pupils reached below-average to low results. Moderately strong relationship (p < 0,01; r = 0,405) has been found out between physical activity (average medium to high intensive physical activity per day) and motoric skills (total performance during TGMD-2 test). Impact of the age has not been found...
Comparison of MABC-2 and IOWA BRACE test results at young hockey players HC Motor České Budějovice
HEŘMÁNEK, Richard
The aim of the work was to prove the correlation between the results of MABC-2 (Movement Assesment Battery for Children-2nd edition) and Iowa Brace test in ice hockey players aged 6 - 9 years. Testing was attended by 90 children who regularly attend hockey training HC Motor České Budějovice. Evaluations are based on quantitative results that are presented using tables. The resulting values were compared with the results of other authors. Subsequently, both test batteries were metered using the Spearman correlation coefficient and the Wilcoxon sequencing test. The correlation dependence has been demonstrated for all categories of bases. Wilcoxon's dependence was confirmed only in the younger categories (U6 and U7) in the two older categories was not confirmed. The work has shown that there is a correlation between the results of the MABC-2 test battery and the Iowa Brace test. Measurements took place at the Grünwald Primary School in České Budějovice
The Influence of Motor Skills on Social Inclusion of Person with Multiple Disabilities
ČERMÁKOVÁ, Eva
The thesis focuses on the influence of motoric skills on social inclusion of people with multiple disabilities. It explains the basic terminology, such as disabilities, It explains the basic terminology, such as disabilities, social inclusion and motoric sklills. The people with severe multiple mental and physical disabilities are also characterised. Some aspects related to their social inclusion, social work with them and training of their motoric skills are also elaborated on. The thesis includes a case study of the day care centre Človíček. On practical examples from the social institution, i tis shown in which way and on what circumstances i tis possible to train motoric skills. On the two practical examples the thesis analyses the influence of motoric activities on social inclusion of people with the above mentioned disabilities.

Tesaříková, Linda ; Kuhnová, Věra (advisor) ; Jahodová, Gabriela (referee)
The diploma thesis comparing the level of physical abilities and basketball skills of girls in basketball and basketball outfits in Prague and abroad outlines a short history of both world and Czech basketball, the current organization of basketball in the Czech Republic, age specificities of children aged 11, stage of sports training in basketball, Ability. The practical part deals with the question of the level of motor skills of girls at the age of 11, the question of the level of basketball skills of girls at the age of 11 in basketball preparations in Prague and out-of-basket basketball preparations. The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine whether the level of physical fitness of Prague and non-Prague basketball products is the same and whether the level of basketball skills of out-of-basket basketball products is lower than that of basketball products in Prague. All measured values are analyzed using mathematical-statistical methods. I used the UNIFITTEST test battery to test my physical abilities. Based on measured results, I compiled tables and charts. The results confirm that MBP and PBP's abilities are identical and that the level of basketball skills is slightly higher for MBP than for MBP. Morávková, Markéta ; Kraus, Josef (advisor) ; Zounková, Irena (referee)
Diplomová práce Hodnocení vývojové dyspraxie u dětí s vývojovou dysfázií Abstract This thesis focuses on possible incidence of developmental dyspraxia among children with developmental dysphasia. Theoretical part of the study summarizes information about developmental dyspraxia (sometimes also known as developmental coordination disorder). It also describes developmental dysphasia which is predominantly studied in logopaedics and it is less known in physiotherapy. The link between these disorders is the topic of the last chapter of the theoretical part. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate motor skills of children with developmental dysphasia with usage of diagnostic battery Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2. Both foreign and newly published Czech population norms have been used for analysis of the results. In the research, 89 children with average age of 69 months have been examined. The first group included 41 children with developmental dysphasia. For this first group, the control group of 48 children was also set up. The research proved statistically significant difference between motor skills of children with developmental dysphasia in comparison to the control group. This difference has been proven by both Czech and foreign norms. On the other hand difference between motor skills of...

Title: Assessment of motor skills and body composition in children participating in organized physical activity. Objectives: Determine the level of motor skills and body composition in children participating in organized physical activity. Methods: Final research sample included 29 preschool children (4-6years). Motor skills were evaluated by using of MABC - 2 motor test (Henderson et al., 2007) - Movemet Assessment Battery for Children - Second Edition. Body composition was measured using Body Mass Index (BMI) and skinfold thickness. Results: The level of motor skills in gross motor subtest (Aiming, catching, throwing) and balance subtest did not differ significantly from the mean of of preschool children from the Czech Republic (50th percentile accoding to the manual of MABC-2 motor test). The results indicate the optimal development of basic motor skills of preschool children. Indicators of body composition (skinfold thickness and BMI) point out a healthy body weight in preschoolers participating in organized physical activity. Keywords: Preschool age, gross motor skills, balance, body composition, motor skills
