The master’s thesis focuses on establishment a stable and functional controlling system TS a.s., as a tool for planning and decision. It deals with the analysis of the company, management and provides important information for introduction to control system. The analysis identified shortages, which are then selected for the solution. The problem of the procedure is applied to the selected methods, including the establishment of individual controlling activities.

The master’s thesis is focused on the introduction of the management control system as a support of the management system in DIAM, s. r. o. Theoretical part defines basic concepts of management control system, its types and methods and describes selected management control system tools. The analytical part deals with the introduction of DIAM, s. r. o., the approximation of the current management system, the evaluation of the current level of use of management control system and the detection of its significant shortcomings. Based on the analyses, the project part proposes the implementation of management control system into the company.

Proposal of Methodology of Monitoring of Employees

My thesis will serve as a monitoring tool for the management of an educational division in company BooK s.r.o.. This monitoring will consist in setting up a new form of monitoring feedback mechanism with help of a made-to-measure web application created by me. The feedback check will reflect the customer’s satisfaction with services provided by this company as well as the evaluation of employees concerned. Creation of this new form of feedback was requested directly by the company management of BooK s.r.o. and the implementation and using itself will bring benefits the company primarily in automatization of the monitoring process and time factor. At the same time this application will serve as a tool for evaluation of satisfaction of the customers whose opinions are crucial for the company’s success and improvement of the standard of the provided services which will result in increasing the company’s competitiveness.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a consturction of a Mountain hotel, in detail structural work of upper construction with brick support structure and ceiling panels SPIROLL being the main focus of this thesis. The thesis also includes a technical report, site lay-out with broader relations to traffic routes, acreage list, technological directive for brick support structure, technological directive for ceiling panels SPIROLL. Technical report of building site equipment, time schedule, draft of a machine setup. Inspection-check plan, safety and protection of health during work are also included.

Application of Management Control System in a Business

The master´s thesis is focused on application of Management Control System in a company especially on operative planning and devations analysis. The first part of the master´s thesis is theoretical with basic terms and used continualy in the analytical part. In analytical part the company ABC s.r.o. will be described and analyzed its currently used planning method for 2018. Then will be used deviation analysis. In the proposal part i will try to propose corrective actions, to improve the current situation in the form of a plan using the cover margin contribution.

It contains a description of methods of inspecting the production process, and the benefits of measurement automation and its practical use in the production process. The work also discusses the fundamentals and potential of machine vision use in various production areas and during the quality control process, starting with the receipt of material and ending with the shipment of finalized products.

Proces Improvement in Manufacturing

The object of this thesis is eliminating scrap in the manufacturing process using Lean Six Sigma methodology combined with other supporting elements. The aim is to ensure that such business conditions to avoid all non-conforming products. The work is based on the basic theoretical knowledge, followed by analysis of the current state of business. In conclusions are evaluated the measures accepted by the company and overall efficiency of executed changes.
