Rozdíl v celkově vykonané práci při překonání jízdních odporů
CHADA, Stanislav
In my thesis I deal direct comparison of energy performance of vehicles with combustion engines and electric vehicles. The aim is to make a theoretical calculation and at the same time verify it in real operation under the influence of driving resistance. I tested the third-generation Škoda Fabia with 1.2 TSI and electric car BMW I3S for practical testing. Then, the measured values are followed by an assessment of which concept is more energy intensive and at the same time determining the factors that influenced the result.
Stanovení emisí oxidu uhličitého v závislosti na velikosti jízdních odporů automobilu na vybrané dopravní trase
ZAJÍČEK, Tomáš
The diploma thesis deals with an emission constituent of carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas, which currently creates global problem in the form of global warming. The carbon dioxide (CO2) is in the largest quantities produced by coal power plants and by traffic, partucularly maritime transport, air and road transport, which consitutes the main topic in this work. Today's vehicles are subject to strict emission standards with the main demand for shrinking the upper limit of produced CO2 with given design technologies of vehicles with combustion engines, regardless other external factors influencing this production. The aim of the work is determination of the emission constituent CO2 produced by the car Mitsubishi Space Star. There were three measurement runs at five sections of selected traffic routes with this car, with the elevation character and flat surfaces reflected in running resistances of cars following the consumption and the amount of produced CO2. The total values are evaluated and discussed in the discussion chapter.
Posouzení velikosti jízdních odporů automobilu v závislosti na vybrané dopravní trase
MASOPUST, Jan
The main aim of the thesis is the analytical activity in relation to the running resistance, which are inherent in the type of used vehicles. The analysis aims to differentiate driving resistances and related technical and technological factors, which determine the size and possibilities of solutions to reduce driving resistances. Obtaining specific variables carried out by the analysis leads to the determination of driving resistances for selected vehicles, even depending on the total fuel consumption. The first part of the thesis is based on adequate and relevant literature focused on the analyzed subject taking into account factors such as the character of road transport, environment and electromobility. The practical part deals with the measurement of individual types of driving resistance on a selected sample of vehicles depending on the driving mode and the character of the transport route.
Braking marks creation analysis in dependence of vehicle deceleration
Svoboda, Lukáš ; Panáček, Vladimír (referee) ; Vémola, Aleš (advisor)
The work is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical part is focused on introduction with the problematics, describing the concept of translation motion and brake physics, defining terms adhesion and friction, skid, driving resistances, calculation formulas etc. After the mechanics chapter follows the chapter about tire and its composition and properties, and a brake system chapter, describing Anti-lock brake system (ABS) and some other important brake-support systems. Second part of this thesis is focused on practical side, which contains acceleration measuring and skid marks creation, followed by evaluation of measured data in form of calculations and graphs.
Design of direct shift gearbox
Kliš, Vojtěch ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Řehák, Kamil (advisor)
This thesis deals with the conceptual design of a double clutch gearbox and the inspection of selected designed parts of this gearbox. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory of automotive transmissions and analysis of already available double clutch gearboxes. The following is the conceptual design itself, which is based on the selected vehicle on which the transmission will be located and on driving resistances. Based on these default values, the gear graduation is selected, which affects the vehicle’s driving dynamics. With regard to the installation space, a conceptual arrangement of the gearbox is proposed. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the basic design and calculations of individual functional components of the gearbox. The last part of the thesis is involved to the control of selected structural nodes using the finite element method in the ansys workbench software. The whole thesis describes the individual steps for the design of the basic concept of a double clutch gearbox and the design of their basic components.
Computational Model and Analysis of Vehicle Driving Dynamics
Mrázek, František ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a computational model and analysis of vehicle dynamics in connection with the principles and rules that are closely related to vehicle dynamics. We will use the key physical phenomena related to the driving dynamics of the model vehicle, suitable for modeling and analysis. The model will demonstrate the driving dynamics of vehicles in several appropriately selected situations and creates the possibility to compare the results with data obtained from freely available publications and tests.
The engine unit of a telescopic loader
Seják, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work deals with design and selection of telescopic loader engine unit according to given parameters. The first part deals with the research analysis and comparison of telescopic manipulators of similar weight category. The second part contains a design calculation of engine power needed for different machine modes. Finally, select the appropriate motor unit with respect to the calculated power values.
Buggy Concept Design
Richter, Vojtěch ; Vančura, Jan (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create instruction for the construction of a terrain buggy. It’s research of used technology, but there are also key components calculation included. The thesis is divided into five parts. In the first part, there is a research of the components of the racing vehicle and there are some equations for calculation of important parameters. Furthermore, there is layout and dimension of main components and the frame. In this part is also solved storage of the engine in the frame. The third part is devoted to the calculation of the necessary driving force of the vehicle and the parameters of the braking system. The following section discusses the concept of suspension and damping with respect with favourable kinematics of the system.
Introduction of loadcase „Creeping“ to a multi-body simulation
