Actions on bridges caused by the water flow and floating items
Řezník, Jindřich ; Duchan, David (referee) ; Špano, Miroslav (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the enumeration and analysis methods applicable to the calculation of loads on bridges from water and water-borne objects. It involves a hydrodynamics loads, loads from captured debris and from impacts of the individual water-borne objects and their clusters. It includes an assessment of the current situation, the teoretical analysis and model calculations on the concrete bridge with the evaluation of usable methods.
Design of pneumatic - hydraulic press
Tůma, Vladimír ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design a small pneumatic-hydraulic press for the widest possible workshop and car repair shop usage. The beginning of the paper is devoted to general facts and other useful information regarding the topic, the principles of hydraulics and a research of the current domestic as well as foreign market. In the main part of the paper, several possibilities of solutions as well as the design of the press itself with all required parameters including the computational and drawing documentation are discussed. The processes of production, assembly and overall commissioning of the machine are also incorporated in the paper.
Construction of hydraulic bending machine of steel sections
Kluka, Ladislav ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Matějka, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with design of a hydraulics bending machine. Bending machine will be used primarily for bending reinforcement bars in the shape of stapes. It consists of bending, sliding and chute system, which are located in the machine frame. Drive of each system is provided by a rotary and two linear hydraulic motors. Then there is described a hydraulic system and selection of its most important parts. Work is supplemented by visual documentation in the form of images of individual systems were processed in a CAD system Inventor 2010
Improvement and Development Design of District Heating Network
Nytra, Petr ; Pospíšil, Jiří (referee) ; Kudela, Libor (advisor)
Heat generation, optimalisation, hydraulics, central district heating, pressure loss
Frame of stationary hydraulic device
Klezla, Vojtěch ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is design and strength analysis of stationary hydraulic device. Strength analysis is made by the finite element method. The thesis describes design of used frames, profiles and other components, which are parts of the frame. Frame modification is proposed, based on the results of the strength analysis. These modifications are checked with strength analysis. The thesis includes drawing of weldment. The project has been carried out in cooperation with Bosch Rexroth, spol. s. r. o.
Dewatering of foundation pit - numerical analysis
Krejzar, Vojtěch ; Boštík, Jiří (referee) ; Miča, Lumír (advisor)
The subject of the presented thesis is a foundation pit dewatering numerical analysis. The study is introduced with practical examples and the summary of the necessary theory. Individual subtasks are modeled as two or three-dimensional problem on a chosen foundation pit example. A comparison with analytical methods and theoretical knowledge about the problem is made. The studies focus on specifying the pumped water quantity, the shape of the depression curve, determining the size of the numerical model and the influence of the finite element network density. The steady-state flow cases, water table aquifer, a well system, sheet pile wall cutoff effect, surface drained pit and partial penetration cases are analyzed. The work proposes a method of modeling a well by FEM. The main output is a 3D analysis of a submerged excavation dewatered with a partially penetrated well system.
Hydrostatické systémy stavebních strojů pro zemní práce
Fajstl, Karel
This bachelor's thesis is about description of the hydrostatic systems of construction machinery used for earthworks. The work is divided into four main parts. The first part de-scribes the development of hydraulics mechanisms of construction machinery. In the second part, an analysis of the design solutions of individual hydrostatic systems of hydraulic exca-vators is carried out, while the individual hydraulic circuits used to drive the drive, the rotat-ing mechanism of the uppercariage and the working mechanism of the excavator are pre-sented. In this section, control elements, pumps and motors used in hydraulic excavator drives are also discussed in more detail. In the third part, the problem of diagnostic methods of parts of hydraulic systems is presented. The final part of the work is devoted to emerging modern trends in the field of hydrostatic systems of construction machinery.
Analysis of powertrain systems of drilling equipment
Klíč, Zdeněk ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Mergl, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with powertrain systems of drilling rigs intended for construction work. The powertrain systems are divided according to the energy they used and then analyzed. This analysis includes a description of the important components in the systems, schematic images indicating the principle, a description of operations, power transfer, and specific examples of machines using each of the systems. The next part focuses on a summary of the pros and cons. The knowledge gained relates to modern drilling rigs with an emphasis on environmental friendliness. The result of the work is the generalization of this issue and the disclosure of a more detailed solution for individual systems.
Design of a hydraulic tester for determining the axle play of vehicles
Tůma, Vladimír ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is a design of a hydraulic tester for detection of the clearance of the truck front axle at the lines of technical inspection stations. The beginning of the thesis is dedicated to an introduction of the company, which is the first manufacturer of such device in the Czech Republic. The main content of the paper is the analysis of the current technological process of production from purchasing the material to the final assembly at the customer. In the last part of the thesis the technological innovation, which makes the current procedure more efficient as well as its financial assessment, is described.
Design mechanism for raising the roof of a trailer
Štefek, Ondřej ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Foltýnová, Dana (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a mechanism for lifting the roof of a flatbed trailer. Commercially available mechanical and hydraulic lifts are described in the introduction. In the next chapters, the design of mechanical and hydraulic lifts is discussed. For selected structural elements of mechanical lifting, a safety analysis is then performed with respect to the limit state of elasticity and ergonomic control. For hydraulic lifting, the safety of the cylinder rod for buckling is checked. The proposals are then financially calculated and compared with commercially available lifts. Drawing documentation is prepared for mechanical lifting.
