The thesis presents a business plan of establishment of R&D centre as a development project following from the strategy of a small enterprise. The project aspires to gain subsidy funding from EU structural funds and the design of the business plan thus comply with the subsidy programme. The business plan includes an analysis of financial feasibility of the project consisting of project cash flow plan, financial plan of the company and evaluation of the efectiveness of investment.

This theisis deals with the valuation of a selected company. The main instrument used for achieving the valuation is the income method of valuation. In the first part of the thesis is defined theoretical background that are needed for developing the practical part. The practial part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the selected company. For the purposes of valuation was performed strategic snalysis and were analyzed key financial indicators of valuated company. The part of the work is allso predicting the value of individual generators, financial plan and the achal valuation based on dicounted cash-flow and prfit method based on the capitalized net income. The aim is to determine the value of the company to selected date of valuation.

In the theoretical part is the main concepts. In the next section the actual situation of the company is analyzed. Based on the results of the previous analysis the precaution for future overall development of the whole company is proposed.

The aim of the master’s thesis is to valuate comapny BATA, a.s. using income – based valuation mmethods. Thesis is dividend into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes basic charakteristics of the terms, defines company and its value, overview of invidual methods and procedures used for valuation of the company. Practical part is focused on application of theoretical knowledge in practise. The master’s thesis contains economical analysis, especially strategic analysis, financial analysis and preliminary valuation of comapany based on value generators. Company value was based on two yield methods, especially method of discounted cash flow entity and method of economic addend value.

The main objective of this thesis is creation of a business plan for creation of the company Bolesti Zad, Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on outlining of main concepts of this issue, determination of structure and requirements of the business plan. Specific plan for creation of the company will be prepared in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part will also present analysis of the current status of the company. Based on results of the analyses, this paper presents required measures for overall development of the company.
