The diploma thesis focuses on the assesment and motivation and aubsequent impact on thein performance in a partikula society. In the theoretical part summarizes the theoretical approaches to the evaluation and motivation, usány the latest advances in performance management. The pratical part of the analysis and then evaluates theoretical findings on the principle of the existing systém of assessment oan motivation in the copany. The analysis is compiled from a survey of start views on the existing systém of evaluation and motivation. In conclusion, as a result of the data recommended proposals to streamline the performance management of staff.

This master’s thesis is oriented on human resource management. This thesis analyzes the efficiency of the company with a focus on personal character weaknesses, ie. the organizational structure, competence of manager, combination compensation, system of empleyee appraisal and the stress load at work. It contains proposals for solutions on improving work efficiency through personnel changes.

Bachelor thesis " Employee Appraisal System in the Organization" is focused on the evaluation in a specific company. The target of this bachelor thesis is to revise appraisal of employee performance system in company MAKOVEC a.s. and find possible effectiveness of this system. The first part is the practical part and there is defended the meaning and added value of employee evaluation, explanation of the methods and criteria the most commonly used in practice. Since almost the one half of employees are shop assistants and their evaluating is needed the practical part is focused just on them. The next part is focused on the analysis of current evaluation of shop assistants in company. The important part is the perception of the evaluation system of shop assistants. It will be assessed by means of questionnaires. On the basis of the theoretical part, the current of evaluation of the company and feedback from shop assistants there are appraising the strengths and weaknesses of the system and found possible improvements.
MOTIVATION AND STIMULATION OF EMPLOYEES AT CERTAIN COMPANY

A good motivation and stimulation system is necessary to induct employees in a specific way towards goals stated by the motivator. This final project deals about the company motivation and stimulation system. The goal {\"\i}s to find out some solutions how to better the system and use motivators more effective. I have chosen a questionnaire method for determining goals and the research has been carried out in the international retail selling company. After evalution of the answers I found out that the employees weren´t satisfied with the motivators used in the company. I suggested some ways how to better the situation in the company and make the emplyees satisfied.

This diploma thesis addresses the ICT employee evaluation methods in conjunction with their ICT roles. The objective of this work is to produce the lead-in for ICT managers, Human Resources staff etc. for creation of employee evaluation systems or motivation programs in the workplaces with high rate of ICT professions. The work strives to combine psychological and informatics insight to offer corresponding evaluation instruments for each ICT role.

The purpose of this dissertation is to review the work of the personnel department at a chosen company. The theoretical-methodological part contains the description of the personnel dep. activity with the regard to the importance for a small company. The analytical part includes the analysis of the current process of the individual personnel activities and the description of the revealed weaknesses. The final part summarize the found facts and contains my recommendations to the member of the personnel department.

This bachelor thesis focuses in the theoretical part on various types of labour conditions. The occupational safety and hygiene, the employee development and education are defined in the next chapters. One of the chapters deals with in the modern question of the environmental care. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a much more space for the question of the employee appraisal, their motivation and control of wages -- monetary, nonmonetary and within the scope of regulatory requirements. At the beginning of the operative part, the small company MagicWare s.r.o., engaged in creation of the software applications, is introduced. The theoretical knowledge from the theoretical part is applied to this company in the next chapters. In other chapters there is assessed the employee care right in this firm. The practical part is concluded by a recommendation to the company how to improve the strategy of employee care.
