Bakalářská práce "Systém hodnocení zaměstnanců v organizaci" je zaměřena na problematiku systému hodnocení v konkrétní společnosti.. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat dosavadní systém hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti MAKOVEC a.s. a najít možné zefektivnění tohoto systému. První část této práce je teoretická a věnuje se přiblížení samotného tématu hodnocení zaměstnanců, vysvětlení metod a kritérií, která se v praxi nejčastěji používají. Jelikož většinu zaměstnanců společnosti tvoří prodavači a jejich hodnocení je nezbytné, je praktická část zaměřena právě na systém hodnocení prodavačů. Důležitou částí je i vnímání systému hodnocení samotnými prodavači, které bude zjišťována pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části, dosavadního systému hodnocení společnosti a zpětné vazby od prodavačů jsou na závěr vyhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky systému a nalezení možného vylepšení. Bachelor thesis " Employee Appraisal System in the Organization" is focused on the evaluation in a specific company. The target of this bachelor thesis is to revise appraisal of employee performance system in company MAKOVEC a.s. and find possible effectiveness of this system. The first part is the practical part and there is defended the meaning and added value of employee evaluation, explanation of the methods and criteria the most commonly used in practice. Since almost the one half of employees are shop assistants and their evaluating is needed the practical part is focused just on them. The next part is focused on the analysis of current evaluation of shop assistants in company. The important part is the perception of the evaluation system of shop assistants. It will be assessed by means of questionnaires. On the basis of the theoretical part, the current of evaluation of the company and feedback from shop assistants there are appraising the strengths and weaknesses of the system and found possible improvements.
