Title: Project of Educational cycle trail in the Protected Landscape Area in Bohemian Karst Objective: The objective of this work was to create an Educational cycle trail in the Protected Landscape Area of the Bohemian Karst. The trail, natural and cultural attractions and other information process into guidebook which will be available at tourist information centers and on the Internet. Methods: Collecting and sorting information about the natural and cultural wealth of the region. Summarizing information in guidebook and creating a trail. Subsequent test the applicability of a booklet form of a questionnaire to a group of cyclists who created the route with the completed booklets. Results: The results of this work are two proposal of Educational cycle trail in the Protected Landscape Area of the Bohemian Karst, which are processed into guidebook that contains trail description, information about each trail and map material. The final form of the trail is also based on results of questionnaires and direct responses of testees. The guidebook can be offered to information centers in the area of Bohemian Karst or through them be available in electronic form on the Internet. Title: The project of educational cycling trails in Protected Landscape Area of Eagle mountains Objective The aim of this work is to create prject of three cycling trails, with three degrees of difficulty in eagle mountains area. The trails will be shown in information brochure with photos and information about this area. The brochure will be available in tourist information centre and on ČD (Czech railways ) and CHKO (www.chko.cz) web pages for free download. Methods Analyzes of existing trails in this area, searching for information about interesting places, history and geografical points. Consulting and verifying this information with people from Eagle mountains PLA (Protected Landscepe Area) organization and interviewing locals about this area. Verifying trails by group of cyclists. Results The result is a brochure with three bicycle educational tracks in eagle mountains. The brochure contains maps, photos, cultural stops and other informatin about this area. Cross-curricular theme "Forest" and forest pedagogy as one of the possibilities of its realization

Cross-curricular themes are important formative elements of education. A forest ecosystem is an environment with great importance and potential, and knowledge of forest ecosystem, processes taking place in it and human activities associated with it can be included in many educational areas. By combining these two phenomena we gain cross- curricular theme "Forest". A possible instrument for realization this theme is the forest pedagogy. In the theoretical part of the work is the term cross-curricular theme delineated and defined in general and also specifically on the example of cross-curricular theme "Forest". About the forest ecosystem are given knowledge that contribute to spreading the results of forestry research and to modernization of teaching about the forest ecosystem at elementary and secondary schools. The forest pedagogy is introduced as an instrument that can significantly contributes to deepen the learning points about "Forest" and its presentation as cross-curricular theme. In the practical part of this work are the results of a survey that contributed to the findings of the current state of implementation of cross-curricular theme "Forest" in teaching in elementary and secondary schools. Title A Project of Educational Bicycle Trail in Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area. Objective The aim of this work is to create a project of Educational bicycle trail in Protected Landscape Area (PLA) Kokořínsko, create an information brochure, which could be distributed to tourist information centres in the region. Methods The discussion with employees of Kokořínsko PLA and collection of information on existing bicycle trails, bicycle tracks, educational trails, natural and cultural assets in the area. Classification and verification of collected data. Using the information obtained for creating an Educationl bicycle trail. Presenting a summary in an information brochure. Assessment of the project via questionaires. Results The result of this work is a proposal of two educational cycle trails with possible combinations in Kokořínsko in form of an information brochure. The design of educational trail focusing on geological features in the region of Nová Pec

This bachelor thesis proposes a new educational trail focused on geological features in the region of Nová Pec village. The trail explores Trojmezenská hornatina, a region that includes Plechý, the highest point of Šumava mountain range (1,378 m). The primary aim of the trail is to present to the visitors the diverse local geological features. The first part of the thesis describes in detail the physical and geographical characteristics of the Šumava mountains and particularly their evolution. This knowledge will be used in the educational texts at the trail stops. In the second part, which is more practical, the author deals with the design of the educational trail, the trail stops with information boards and their visual appearance for possible realization. Further, the thesis drafts a financial proposal for the realization of the trail and possible promotion to attract vast amount of visitors. The route is not a circuit; it leads from Nová Pec to Jelení village. Even though the two villages are within walking distance apart from each other, public transport between them is also available.

Potential of Protected Landscape Area Křivoklátsko for environmental education in elementary school

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out the importance of Protected Landscape Area (PLA) Křivoklátsko for environmental education in elementary school. Firstly we carried out the field research thanks to which we discovered the information about total character of area of interest as well as the particular nature trails in PLA Křivoklátsko. Owing to information collecting in field we asked Elementary School Křivoklát for cooperation. The theoretical part deals with role of this topic in curricular documents which are validated in the Czech Republic. We read carefully the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education, the School Education Programme and the Thematic Plans of Elementary School Křivoklát and chosen textbooks with valid clause by Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. On the basis of all gained information we formed a questionnaire and it was made the pilot research between pupils who are attending the sixth and the ninth class in Elementary School Křivoklát. This research of pupils´ knows ledges concerns nature conservation in the Czech Republic and in the local region, PLA Křivoklátsko. With respect to the results of pilot research and other gained information about the area of interest it was subjectively evaluated the importance of PLA Křivoklátsko for the environmental education in elementary school. Subsequently there were suggested some subject matters for wider using PLA Křivoklátsko in teaching which may be the item of more detailed describing in diploma thesis.

An educational programme aimed at biological aspects of the military training area Boletice

The aim of this thesis entitled "The educational program focuses on the biological aspects of the military training area Boletice" is to propose the educational trail for the introduction of high school students and the general public with exceptional natural conditions that are located on the territory of the military training area Boletice. The first part focuses on the history of military training areas, the legislation applicable to the military areas and the status of their citizens. Part one includes characteristic of all military training areas in the Czech Republic and draft of their future optimization. The second part deals with methods and forms of learning paths in ecology education. The content of the third section is own proposal of educational trail with several stops. There is the description and worksheet of each stop, some of them contain also assigned tasks. Appendices contain the map of the educational trail and the worksheet.

The suggestion of educational trail around Třešť

The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create a draft of educational trail. The central issues are the remains of this local mining activities, which were and are almost forgotten. The sense of create this draft of two educational trails was to remind visitors that this region has mining history, which was overshadowed by mining city of Jihlava, and also to provide them diverse experiences. In this thesis is described the history of region which the educational trails dealing with. The first of educational trails is a circuit which provides the visitors information about various kinds of mines and ore treatment. This circuit is physically less demanding and is therefore suitable also for smaller visitors. The second educational trail offers a lot of experience but it is also more demanding, this trail provides the information about mining water works. The processing of this trail is original and modern, with GPS navigation visitors passes the recommended stops. Visitors choose the route to these stops completely alone. In the GPS navigations are also the information about stops so we don't disturb the landscape with the building of information boards. The both of educational trails contain also stops dealing with living nature which is very preserved and protected in this part of Vysočina. Transport accessibility to the initial stops the both of educational trails is good due to that the initial stop of the circuit is in Jezdovice where the connection is done by trains or buses. In this place is also area suitable for parking cars. The initial stop of the second educational trail is near Lovětín where can the visitors come by car or by bus. This suggestion of educational trail also includes elaboration of financial demands and also possibility of financing. In this thesis are also mentioned possibilities of propagation. Realization of this suggestion at the time this thesis was finalized wasn't possible because of political leadership of Jezdovice.
