The subject of this diploma thesis is valuation of the production company XY, s.r.o. by using income- based valuation methods. In the first part of this thesis is a strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. In conclusion are used income- based methods and determine the value of the company at 31.12.2011.

This thesis deals with the valuation of the selected company by revenue valuation methods. In the first part of the thesis is defined valuation theory and these findings are then used in the analytical and practical work. In the analysis of the selected company characterized, there is a defined market in which it operates and the strategic and financial analysis. In the practical part is based on the results of analysis and business valuation using the discounted cash flow.

The aim of the master’s thesis is to valuate comapny BATA, a.s. using income – based valuation mmethods. Thesis is dividend into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes basic charakteristics of the terms, defines company and its value, overview of invidual methods and procedures used for valuation of the company. Practical part is focused on application of theoretical knowledge in practise. The master’s thesis contains economical analysis, especially strategic analysis, financial analysis and preliminary valuation of comapany based on value generators. Company value was based on two yield methods, especially method of discounted cash flow entity and method of economic addend value.

This master thesis deals with the valuation of the firm NHKZ Steel s.r.o. by using income capitalization approach. In the first part, there are described theoretical foundations of the thesis and process used for valuation of the company. The practical part contains the strategic and financial analysis, compilation of value drivers, proposal of the financial plan and cost of capital. At the end of the thesis, there is the valuation of the firm to the date 1. 1. 2017 using the method of discounted cash flow method DCF entities and the economic value added method.

This diploma thesis deals with estimation of objectified value of the DOMESTAV s. r. o. at 1. 1. 2016. This work has two parts. The first part describes theoretical principles. Second part includes strategic analysis, forecast of the value drivers and financial plan. The valuation of DOMESTAV s. r. o. is based on income – based valuation method, discounted CASH FLOW. Determinination of value is made for needs of splitting the company.

The work includes strategic and financial analysis, a subsequent summary of data in the SWOT analysis, from which we identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the selected company. The subsequent valuation of the company is determined using the discounted cash flow method.

Specifically using methods discounted cash flow and economic added value in variant entity. The first part is devoted to the theoretical resources used for the valuation of the company. In the following part is already performed strategic and financial analysis, further prognosis of value generators and finally is assembled financial plan. In conclusion, objectified value is estimated for pursued company.
