Design of set of compensatory exercises aimed at the elimination of muscle imbalances in the ankle joint
LUKŠ, Jan
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a set of compensatory exercises to eliminate imbalances in the ankle joint. The method of content analysis and synthesis was used in the work. The analytical part of the work deals with the analysis of literature, inspection of the anatomy of the lower limb, analysis of function, injuries and deformities of the ankle joint, how muscle imbalances of the lower limb can affect joint function and various options to improve function or relieve pain in the joint. Furthermore, the analytical part deals with the general characteristics and principles of compensatory exercises. In the synthetic part, the complete exercise program for the elimination of muscle imbalances with a nomenclature description is compiled, supplemented by the correct execution of exercises.
Design of a set of targeted exercises aimed at compensating for anterior cruciate ligament injury
HELD, Martin
Bachelor's thesis, where the goal is to create a set of compensation exercises leading to the elimination of the consequences of injuries to the anterior cruciate ligaments. The analytical part of the thesis is devoted to the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, further in this part we describe the injury of the fibrous apparatus and the principles of compensatory exercises. In the synthetic part, we are based on the findings that lead to the creation of the program, including detailed relaxation, stretching and strengthening exercises. All the exercises included in the created compensation program lead to an improvement in the state of health and eventually to a return to normal functioning within the framework of physical condition. The exercise program can be used not only by individuals from the ranks of amateur or elite athletes, but also by the general population.
Design of set of compensatory exercises aimed at the elimination of muscle imbalances in the hip joint
HELD, Jakub
The bachelor thesis deals with compensatory exercises focusing on the elimination of muscles imbalance in the hip joint area. The analytic part deals with analysis of specialised literature, anatomy of hip joint, basic theoretical solution of this issue and characteristic of compensatory exercises. The intention of the systematic part is to focus on the compilation of selected compensatory exercises focusing on the elimination of muscle imbalance in the hip joint area.
Design of set of compensatory exercises aimed at the elimination of muscle imbalances in the ankle joint
DUDÁK, Jakub
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a set of compensatory exercises to eliminate imbalances in the ankle joint. The work was created using content analysis and synthesis. In the analytical part of the work we focus on the anatomy and kinesiology of the lower leg and leg, including the ankle joint. It also includes an examination of the ankle joint, muscle imbalance, the most common ankle injuries and types of compensatory exercises. The synthetic part of the work consists of a compensatory set of exercises, which are relaxation, stretching and strengthening exercises. The description and instructions for the correct execution of exercises with accompanying pictures are always given. This work aims to design exercises which can be used by a wide range of population.
Diagnosis and correction of muscle imbalances with regard to swimmers aged 12 to 17 years.
Jandáková, Simona ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Jurák, Daniel (referee)
Title: Diagnosis and correction of muscle imbalances with regard to swimmers aged 12 to 17 years Objectives: The main aim of this work is to find out what imbalances selected teen swimmers have. Further verify the effectiveness of the proposed compensation program for these swimmers. Methods: Diagnosis of the musculoskeletal system was performed using selected tests for measuring balance abilities (Romberg test, Flamingo), examination of muscle shortening and weakening (testing according to Janda and Kopřivová and Čermák), evaluation of postural and respiratory stereotype and evaluation of deep stabilization system bed). These tests were applied to a selected group of swimmers. The measured values served as an input test (pretest), on the basis of which a compensation program was designed. After the end of the three-month compensation program, a control measurement (posttest) followed, the results of which were compared with the pretest. Key words: Swimming, compensatory exercises, prevention of injuries to swimmers, intervention program, stabilization and mobilization system
Attitude to the physical activity in school aged children 12-14 years
Vičíková, Nikola ; Křivánková, Markéta (advisor) ; Strnad, Pavel (referee)
Title of the thesis: Attitude to the physical activity in school aged children 12-14 years The aim of the thesis: Find out the awareness of the concept of Movement literacy among the pupils of seventh and eighth grades, the general attitude towards physical activity and the relationship to physical education and lifestyle. Methods: 226 primary school pupils in Prague (111 boys and 115 girls) aged 12-14 years were surveyed with a self-constructed questionnaire focusing on attitudes towards physical activity and selected aspects of lifestyle. Results: PE is more popular among boys (78 %) than girls (57 %). For boys, the dominant reason given for physical activity was health and fitness (47 %), while for girls it was weight reduction and body improvement (43 %). 71 % of boys and 64 % of girls are active in some sport. 33 % have experience of dealing with musculoskeletal difficulties and rehabilitation. In the question, "What is movement literacy?" 14 girls and 20 boys came close to the correct answer. There was a positive attitude towards PE and physical activity, but there were differences in motivation between boys and girls. Keywords: FEP BE, pupils, lifestyle, physical education, physical activity

Šimáčková, Olga ; Mahrová, Andrea (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: Efect of compensatory exercises on female floorball players - category women, Czech top league Objectives: Diagnose muscles with a tendency to shorten and weaken and take the basic anthropometric parameters of female floorball players. Build a stack of exercises focusing on problem areas that are not difficult to perform and don't require correction of another person. Methods: A case study in which we watched the female floorball players aged 18-32 years. Diagnose of shortened and weakened muscles was performed according to Janda muscle function test, method pretest - posttest. The measured values from pretest were compared with posttest values. In the meantime the intervention program (form of compensatory exercises) was applied on female floorball players. Results: 70% of the players were identified estimated muscle imbalances that arise from the nature of this sport. It has been shown that two months of exercise can positively affect shortened and weakened muscle. The change of the degree of "short" to "unshorted" occurred in 41% of muscles. Key words: floorball, compensatory exercises, muscle imbalance

Šmíd, Tomáš ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Mahrová, Andrea (referee)
Title: Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players Objectives: The main objective is to highlight the lack of compensatory exercise during the training process of junior ice hockey players and suggest improvements to this condition. Methods: Supporting documents were obtained from certified sources and quality of literature or web sites relating to information about ice hockey, the system of human motion, sports training and compensatory exercises. The practice was acquired by consultation, analysis, observation and measurement. Results: Analysis of the training plan of young adolescents HC Star Prague players found significant training load without adequate compensation. The proposed solution was inclusion training unit based on some of compensatory movements. To evaluate the effect of the proposal carried out a series of measurements of selected muscles shorten players. Keywords: ice hockey, youth, the systém of human motion, sports training, compensatory exercises, training unit, load
