Reverse logistics of packaging in company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the reverse logistics in company Tierra Verde. It specifies process of collection and the following loading of packaging. The thesis provides an analysis of how manufacture company focused on ecology deal with issues regarding trade with packaging. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of reverse logistics in company and to introduce improvements and suggestions for such process.

Administrative Libraries at Ministries of the Czech Republic

The work describes existence and activities of administrative libraries at ministries of the CR. After definition of administrative library concept and overview of legislative and historic background, questions are released that should be answered by library workers. Afterwards, description of individual libraries and survey of established data follows. They include organizational position within the ministry, contact address, number of workers, location of the library, services for employees and the public, size and contents of collection, and other tasks fulfilled by the library within the ministry. The final chapter comprises an assessment of established facts about the current state of administrative libraries at the Czech ministries and suggestions to make the activity more effective.

Modelling of solid waste treatment with GIS

Under the current waste legislation in both European Union and Czech Republic, material recovery is preferred over other types of municipal solid waste treatment. However, waste collection systems have negative environmental impacts. This thesis deals with modeling and optimization of waste collection routes, which should lower their impact. The model makes use of the ArcGIS software system and operations research to optimize routes. Inputs of the model are the amount of waste produced in the region, locations of the final facilities, and their capacities. The amount of waste produced per district was estimated to be the portion of total waste produced corresponding to the number of inhabitants of given district. Final facilities are the assorting lines. Distances between districts and final facilities were computed by Network Analyst Extension of ArcGIS. The index method assigns the assorting lines to districts in a way that minimizes total distance traveled by waste collection vehicles, while respecting the capacity of the assorting lines. Outputs are waste collection routes and the distance, per waste type, traveled by the waste collection vehicles. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis consists in the realization of a series of paintings, drawings and photographs reflecting the theme of leaving home and finding a new one. Furthermore, the folk song "When I'm Big" hovers over the whole autobiographical story. The character of the peasant woman and her profession, goals and attitudes are also thematized, because she becomes the author's companion and counselor.

Taxation of the provision of contributions to share capital and outside share capital and taxation of these deposits - Abstract This diploma thesis describes the basic tax context in the case of deposits in the company and withdrawals from the company always in connection with equity. The diploma thesis focuses on domestic legal entities. It does not describe the connection with deposits in foreign companies. The diploma thesis is based on the domestic tax system. This system includes the following resources. Domestic regulations (laws that are affected by the so-called transcription of EU directives), international contracts (contracts of prevention of double taxation), domestic case law, and legitimate expectations outside the aforementioned sources. Legitimate expectations consist mainly of conveys from General Financial Directorate and minutes from the Coordinating Committees. The result of the performed analysis of documents is a summary of the basic tax context. The tax context includes the registration obligation (especially Value-added tax on the plant deposit), the notification obligation for payments abroad and the settlement of withheld tax. Input data for municipal waste collection routes optimization

The aim of the thesis is to describe the systems of collection of separated waste as well as collection monitoring, which includes identification of containers, sensors and data transfer. The data is then summarized and analyzed for use in the optimization software that uses advanced ARP models. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of real data sets. On selected geographical area are determined the parameters of waste, the plan of the collection routes and their evaluation. The use of local infrastructure will be then shown by cartographic representations of the routes in the maps.

Involvement of donors of blood plasma to the donor's registry bone marrow

The Bachelor thesis is focusing on the possibility to exploit the potential of regular blood plasma donors for inclusion into the register of bone marrow donors. Based on the assumption, that this is the almost identical population and that the criteria for blood plasma donating are similar to the criteria for bone marrow donation, plasma donors are tested periodically on the infectious diseases transmitted through blood, they have experience with the intravenous collection and plasma donors are largely complying with the age limit needed for bone marrow register. The theoretical part describes anatomy and physiology of blood plasma and bone marrow and current knowledge on the issue for donating of blood plasma and bone marrow. Describes types and indications of bone marrow transplantation, registers of blood plasma and bone marrow donors, the motivation for donating, reliefs and remunerations for donors. I have used for the making of this thesis processed research from Bibliographia medica tschechoslovacia in the National medical library, personal source of reference literature, professional consultation, own experiences and another Bachelor thesis.
