The final part contains the specific business plan, which is created on the basis of market gaps in this area in the market.

In the last part all individual parts of the private kindergarten business plan are detailed and also financial analysis, risks analysis and their limitations.

A business plan is being developed for the establishment of kindergarten as a business operated under a trade license. Diploma thesis is a response to the current situation prevailing in the market of children preschool education when offer of kindergartens services is quite insufficient to demand for them and that created space for private kindergarten entry to this market. This diloma thesis deals with the conditions for the successful establishment and operation of the kindergarten, including an analysis of the business environment marketing plan financial plan and the steps for implementing the business plan.
