DOLNÍČEK, D. Risk assessment of trading in Enjoy Trade Ltd. company on international market. Diploma thesis. Brno: 2016. This Diploma thesis deals with the analysis of risks and benefits that may occur when trading in selected international markets. The aim of this thesis is to suggest appropriate measures to eliminate risks. In the theoretical part, problem of international trade is defined and important concepts of the risk management are explained. The practical part analysis the internal and external environment of the company and its market position compared to the competition. Furthermore, the situation on the market is evaluated in economic, political, legal and cultural perspective. Various economic and risk-management methods are beeing used for the evaluation. Based on the results of analysis the markets are ranked from the most suitable to the least suitable for international trade.

Master´s thesis presents the proposal of firm expansion for the company which is exclusively czech retail system of shops of food and convenience stores. The objective of the thesis is an optimization of the strategy in a such way, which will ensure to gain a competitive advantage, perspective and healthy growth of the company in next years. The first part of the thesis is focused on a summary of teoretical knowledge, which is concerning given problems. In the next part of the thesis analysis of the company is made and on the basis of the analysis there are some possible solutions suggested.

This thesis is aimed at business plan of further development of the company XY, s.r.o. The theoretical basis for the work include basic concepts related to the focusing on the main idea of the company´s development plan. The analysis section deals with the evaluation of the current problém and includes the identification of key factors in the wider context of the environment, the summary of which is then followed by a suitable strategy for the implementation of future development. In this part, analyzes of External and internal factors are used. The proposals are based on a performer SWOT analysis. This section lists appropriate measures to eliminate risks in the field.

This part also analyses the internal and external environment, marketing and communication mix and contains the results of questionnaire survey. Based on results of analytical part, the third part contains proposals for marketing communication improvement.

Here, more specifically, I will deal with a suitable choice of reconstruction for the hostel and the hostel complex. The theoretical part describes the possibilities of financing and analysis of the situation in the company. In the analytical part, the knowledge from the theoretical will be used to perform analyzes of the company, which serves as a basis for the design part, where the most appropriate method is chosen.
