The diploma thesis focuses on customers satisfaction in chosen company. Based on results of sectorial analyses there were made up proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers. First part of the thesis describes theoretical data. Next part analyses current situation of the company via internal and external background. With the help of questionnairy survey actual aspect of customer's satisfaction was analyzed as well. After data aggregation from the questionnaire acquired information will be evaluated and consequently there will be created particular proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers.

Diplomová práce analyzuje strategickou pozici společnosti ŠKODA AUTO na automobilovém trhu. Ke kritickému zkoumání trhu byly použity analýzy SLEPTE, Porterův model pěti sil a také McKinseyho model 7s, SWOT analýza a Králíčkův rychlý test. Veškeré zjištěné poznatky na tomto specifickém trhu jsou shrnuty v závěru a s ohledem na současnou situaci jsou navržena opatření pro budoucí růst společnosti.

The main purpose is the evaluation of the component analyses which is followed by the composition of proposals on how to improve the level of customer satisfaction. The first part of the thesis is concerned with theoretical background. The other part presents the examination of current situation by the means of internal and external analyses. The current customer satisfaction level is studied using a questionnaire. The final part includes specific suggestions for improvement of customer satisfaction based on previous analyses.

This Master’s thesis deals with the marketing mix of the language school. Thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter defines the basic marketing concepts and analysis. The second chapter applies the theoretical knowledge to the language school and concludes with a marketing research. The third, most important chapter provides proposals for the necessary changes and finds the viable steps to improve the current marketing mix. The last part concludes the thesis by providing an economical evaluation of the changes proposed in the previous chapter.

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje kritické analýze vstupu společnosti Student Agency na německý trh a srovnání s analýzou vstupu téže společnosti na trh polský. V první části se práce zabývá teoretickými poznatky k jednotlivým metodám analýzy provedeným v praktické části této práce. Další část se poté zabývá samotnou společností Student Agency jako takovou, jejím vývojem a všemi službami, které poskytuje konečným zákazníkům. Praktická část poté analyzuje společnost pomocí několika různých marketingových metod, mezi které patří například Porterův model pěti sil nebo SWOT analýza. V závěru práce shrnuje autor analýzu vstupu na německý trh a zároveň je zde poskytnuto srovnání s analýzou vstupu společnosti na polský trh.
