Thesis deals with usage of biomass as an energy source for smaller plants and houses. Thesis showes us how to use different types of biomass. In the next part of thesis is mentioned the help from the state in case your are using this kind of energy, different types of dotations ane advantages. In the thesis is described the procedure of designing nex heat source and making decision about it. The last part of thesis compares the economic running boiler on land gas to boiler of different kinds of biomass.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is design of heating and warm water preparation of leisure center. Project is solved in two variants. First variant expect only natural ventilation. Second variant provide for a forced ventilation for whole object. Source of heat is pellet boiler, charged storage tank. Warm water is preparing in combined DHW cylinder. As heat transfer surfaces are design heating bodies.

Is described in detail adjustment of biomass for energy purposes, and various technologies conversion of biomass to generate energy.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to search for technologies for biomass conversion with subsequent energy utilization. At the beginning of the work is analyzed the nature of biomass as an energy source. The next part deals with individual technologies. The following section deals with combustion and biogas chains. The penultimate chapter deals with chosen energy sources. The last chapter is statistical processing of emissions, mining, electricity and heat production from renewable sources and biomass.

Proposal of heating from the perspective of the primary energy

This master´s thesis proposal addresses the heating from the perspective of primary energy in the object. The building is located in Brno and is used as a villa with a pool hall. The object of this work is the selection of appropriate variants of three heat sources (gas boiler, pellet and electric) in terms of primary energy. The project is design of the heating system chosen mode of heat, which is a pellet boiler. The theoretical part is focused on the pellets and their history, classification, properties, production, storage and transport.

Automatic boiler for biomass pellets

The aim of this diploma thesis is the research of automatic boilers for biomass pellets and their burners, design of automatic boiler for biomass pellets which include calculation part and drawing part and technical-economics assessment for building in the end. Thesis is divided into four main parts. The first part deals with general information about pellets, automatic boilers for pellets, burners and the standard for boiler. In the second part the pellet boiler is calculated. In the third part the automatic pellet boiler is designed. The fourth section compares three possible variants. Comparison is done for economics and the user.

Heating of the functionalist Villa

This master´s thesis focuses on a design of a heating system in the functionalist villa Stiassni. The building is located in Brno and was used as a government villa. The objec-tive of this work is to select the appropriate type of heating system out of three differ-ent heat sources – an automatic pellet boiler, a gas boiler and an oil boiler. The theo-retical part is focused on the history of the villa Stiassnia, functionalism itself and other functionalist monuments. In the project part, the design of a heating system using the chosen type of heat source, which is a pellet boiler, is described.
