My thesis is focused on the theme "The specifics of leadership and management of associates in the construction company”. First section describes the construction, building company and its surroundings. Than it deals with theories of associates leadership and management and employee motivation theories. In the practical part it examines to what extent the specificity of construction reflects in the personal and professional relationships among colleagues.

The master’s thesis analysis possibilities for work-life balance of women and men in leadership in academic sphere. It specifies gender roles, labor market segregation, stereotypes in population and outlines the benefits of implementation of equal opportunities for employers. The empirical part focuses in accord with the aim of the thesis on the issue of harmonization of work and family, and analyzes in detail the differences between men and women, their mutual cooperation and the reasons for the low representation of women in management positions.

The aim of this thesis was to summarize the theoretical knowledge related to the concept of organizational culture, describing the most important functions, elements, structures, typology and methods for its analysis. Based on the analysis of organizational culture in the organisation was outlined the current organizational culture through the use of systematic observation and investigation using interviews, written methods of interviewing and document analysis of the organization. Then the deficiencies in the organizational culture of the organization have been detected and the actions and recommendations for improving the current situation towards the desired organizationa culture have been suggested.

This diploma thesis is focused on the identification of needs of workers employed in a retail network in the field of sale of goods and services. The research is based on the international method of questioning VSM94 and personal interviews. The output of this thesis is a detailed analysis, which became the basis for unraveling the drawbacks of the conteporal state of the described problem and also the basis for the proposal of solution.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the theme “The specifics of leadership and management of personnel in construction company”. The theoretical part characterizes the field of construction and construction company. Furthermore, it deals with leadership and management of employees, theory of time management and styles of leadership, where it focuses mainly on delegation. In the empirical part, three hypotheses are proposed and the questionnaire survey is evaluated, which took place in construction companies in the Czech Republic. The outcomes of this work are conclusions and recommendations that lead to improvement of work within the leadership and management of co-workers.

The thesis first describes the theoretical knowledge on this issue, which have been prepared on the basis of scientific literature. The practical part is focused on the description of MEGATECH Industries Ltd. and analysis of the current incentive program. To obtain information from the staff was used a survey. In the last part of thesis are describes proposals for improving the current situation.

The master´s thesis entitled „Leadership and Management“ provides not only for a theoretical picture on the issue of leadership and management in general but also a practical view of a company investigated, an undisclosed law firm. The theoretical part will feature some of the basic concepts of the monitored area, especially management, leadership, functions of management, role of management and leadership style. Lessons learned are further applied to the practical part of the thesis and result in recommendations for increased satisfaction both of employees and the entire firm.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the theme "Leadership and management employees in a construction company." The essence of the theory is to briefly introduce the concepts of management, construction management, leadership and management of staff, use of the motivational tools, especially those incentives such as internal communication and education. At the same time I was engaged in an essential part of leadership and management, that is the evaluation of the workers and consequently the satisfaction that fundamentally affects the functioning and performance of workers in employment. In the empirical part, to verify and evaluate the given hypotheses, is used of quantitative and qualitative research. Qualitative interviewing is prepresented by the heuristic form or form of structured interviews. Controlled talks preceding the survey for the purpose of obtaining quantitative answers. The output of this thesis are the conclusions of a set of recommendations based on trends and experiences learned from the research that lead to improved climate in the leadership and management of co-workers in a construction company.
