Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci potřeb zaměstnanců maloobchodní sítě v oblasti prodeje zboží a služeb. Výzkum probíhal na základě mezinárodní metody dotazování VSM94 a osobního interview. Výstupem této práce je detailně provedená analýza, která se stala východiskem pro zjištění nedostatků současného stavu sledované problematiky, na jejímž základě byla zpracována návrhová opatření. This diploma thesis is focused on the identification of needs of workers employed in a retail network in the field of sale of goods and services. The research is based on the international method of questioning VSM94 and personal interviews. The output of this thesis is a detailed analysis, which became the basis for unraveling the drawbacks of the conteporal state of the described problem and also the basis for the proposal of solution.
