The master's thesis introduces the Uppaal tool. It describes the principles and possibilities of modeling and analysis of systems using this tool. It also discusses in more detail the file formats that Uppaal tool uses. The structure of the XML file used to store created systems, the XTR format, which Uppaal uses to store simulation traces, and the IF format, which is necessary to understand the contents of the file in XTR format. The text also mentions available software support for working with these formats. Next part of this master's thesis is about designing user-friendly representation of simulations traces, along with designing application that translates simulation traces into designed representation. At the end of this thesis, the possible continuation of the project is mentioned together with the evaluation of the designed representation and the application.
CSS-Driven Java Swing Component
Hvězda, Matěj ; Milička, Martin (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is focused on creating Java Swing component, that can display content of HTML document based on cascade style sheets (CSS). Purpose for creating this component is enabling developers to create graphic user interface with help of CSS in Java without knowledge of Java Swing. For parsing HTML document and CSS is used rendering   engine CSSBox . This engine enables obtaining all the right informations about HTML document and  its styles for displaying this document. Java Swing API was used for implementing this component, for example HTML element is implementented   based on JPanel and all editable elements of form are implemented by fitting Swing component. With component Java Swing driven by CSS is possible to change her size, access to form's editable elements, set up links and their look, etc.

Game Server Status Monitoring Portal
Skála, Dominik ; Hynek, Jiří (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is the development of a game server monitoring application which handles collecting and visualisation of collected data. The thesis compares and looks into existing solutions, their pros and cons. The solution is built upon this observation, specifically the design of the monitoring application and a modern web application with API access. The API is created using the Yii PHP Framework. The user interface is created using the ReactJS JavaScript library. The monitoring application itself is an independent application build in PHP. In the conclusion of the thesis, the evaluation of achieved results and the effectivity of the monitoring application is discussed. Based on the results, other implementations of monitoring applications and other extensions of web application are proposed.
