The design is based on a kinematic analysis of selected jumps, literary research and your own experience. These are the basic jumps: the forward tuck, the forward pike, the forward straight and the forward double tuck. The kinematic analysis, the observation method and video recordings were used to fulfill the objectives and tasks. Jeřábková, Ladislava ; Krištofič, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Novotná, Viléma (referee)
Title: Common characteristics of calisthenics as a relatively new sport and gymnastics Purposes: Based on literary research and own experiences profile the penetration between gymnastics and calisthenics as a relatively new sport. Find out the views of trainers and racers in calisthenics on the use of gymnastics training for this new sport through the questionnaire survey and design a structured movement program for beginners using selected blocks of gymnastic motor-functional training. Methods: This diploma thesis is of non-experimental character. To obtain the necessary data were used methods of literature research, observation method and especially questionnaire method, which was applied to a group of 55 respondents. Data were processed in Excel into graphs. Results: The conclusions of the questionnaire survey were presented in the form of well-arranged graphs and testify about the interest of calisthenics trainers and competitors in gymnastic training. The proposed structured motion program is based on the conclusions of the literary research and own experience. It draws mainly on selected blocks from gymnastic motor- functional training and in each of the selected blocks are presented demonstration exercises with description and photo documentation. Key words: Calisthenics, gymnastics,...
Measurement of movement creativity of pupils aged 10 - 12 years
Nosková, Věra ; Novotná, Viléma (advisor) ; Holá, Iveta (referee)
Title: Measurement of movement creativity of pupils aged 10 - 12 years Objectives: The aim of the work was to verify the impact of extra-curricular movement activities on movement creativity of the pupils 10 - 12 old. By means of survey questionnaire we will acquire the information how many responders pursue movement activities and what kind of these activities. For the purpose of this work the basic schools in Prague and Mladá Boleslav will be addressed, research will be done with the pupils of 4th - 6th class. P.E. teachers with the pupils will fill in anonymous personal questionnaires with the chosen group and consequently a standardized Iowa-Brace test of docility and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be done with them. Method: The results will be acquired by the methods of qualitative and quantitative research. Non- standardized questionnaire, standardized Iowa-Brace test and non-standardized test of movement creativity will be used. The results will be worked out by Microsoft Excel computer program. Results: The found out results proved that the responders who go in for gymnastic sports achieved the best assessments in the tested group. In the order of popularity the dancing activities and games take the leading positions, on the contrary we found a little interest in...
Evaluation of the strength of selected muscle groups and the range of motion in sport aerobics athletes
Sílová, Markéta ; Žáková, Lenka (advisor) ; Vomáčková, Helena (referee)
Title: Evaluation of the strength of selected muscle groups and the range of motion in sport aerobics athletes Objective: Sport aerobics belongs to group of sport gymnastics, which brings increased demands especially on joint mobility, muscle strength and coordination of movement. Athletes are selected according to these prerequisites the development of which is still supported by training. The thesis follow up the physical measurement of these attributes. The Aim: Evaluation of joint mobility and muscle strength of 12-16 year old sport aerobic athletes and their correlations. Furthermore, the comparison together with the level of the performance group. Method: Measurement of joint mobility using goniometry, hypermobility evaluation using Beighton score, measurement of the muscle strength using HUMAC isokinetic dynamometer. Comparison of measured results with performance group level. Results: During measurement of the joint range using the method goniometry was found, that in flexion of the hip joint had 100 % of the athletes increased joint motion. In hip extension, the joint range wasn't increased at all. Beighton score showed, that 90 % of athletes were constitutionally hypermobile. The relationship between joint range and the values of the muscle strength - peak torque has not been proven. Key...
Influence of the sport load on the physical condition of the jumpers on the trampoline
Krenarová, Kateřina ; Heller, Jan (advisor) ; Novotná, Viléma (referee)
Title: Influence of sports load on the physical condition of trampoline gymnasts Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to assess the relationship between the sport load and functional and physical parameters of trampoline gymnasts. Methods: The thesis has the character of empirical research carried out in the form of observation. The research group consisted of 29 active trampoline gymnasts aged 9 to 17 (20 girls and 9 boys) participating in trampoline jumping competitions at national or international level. The body composition was analysed by Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA, Tanita MC - 980), functional parameters were tested via Bosco Vertical Jump test (BT) and kinesiological analysis of the athlete. Anamnestic data were collected as a part of kinesiological examination of the gymnasts. Results: Parameters of trampoline gymnasts were compared from the age point of view - probands were divided into age categories ZAC (10.7 ± 1.1 years) and JUN (14.9 ± 1.2 years) and from the gender point of view - parameters of girls and boys. The values of somatic parameters in JUN were higher than in ZAC; girls had a significantly higher proportion of body fat (d = 2.307) and a significantly lower proportion of Total Body Water (d = 2.222) than boys. JUN did significantly more work during BT (d = 2.059),...
