Older technologies have been replaced by new ones and we need to keep up with the current trend in application development for safety, reliability and low resource consumption. The aim of this work is to create a functional IRC logging boot application that supports multichannel recording, rotate records and search them with keywords and design a suitable user interface. The technologies used should be the Scala programming language, the React JavaScript library, the Docker container tool and the OpenShift platform. Describe the use of technologies to make it easy to create other applications on a similar principle using modern web technologies.
Industrial data collection system
Hvizdák, Lukáš ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
The master thesis focuses on the design and implementation of data collection from production using a PLC into an SQL database located in the cloud and subsequent visualization. The work describes the applicable communication protocols MQTT and OPC UA with the fact that the protocol MQTT was selected. It deals with securing data transfer from the line to the cloud using the TLS protocol. The individual cloud services and their possibilities for data collection are described here. The work deals with the possibilities of data visualization using existing open source solutions and the differences between them. I describe the possibilities of modifying the open source environment of the Grafany project. Real dashboards from production are presented. The data collection system was deployed in two plants for testing.
Application of simulation model of access network
Szymeczek, Andrzej ; Sládok, Ondřej (referee) ; Grenar, David (advisor)
The topic of the diploma thesis is " Application of simulation model of access network". The aim of the thesis was to create a part of the access network in which were tested simulations for TCP and UDP traffic. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with general information about the GNS3 program and the possibilities which this program allows. The next part of the thesis describes the Mikrotik RouterOS program, which was used in the topology. The next section describes the types of routing in IP networks, as well as the types of packet delivery. The practical part deals with the creation of test topologies and verification of the performance of the simulation tool. Furthermore, the practical part deals with the programming of a network generator for TCP and UDP traffic in the network. The generator was created by using a Bash script and a combination of the dd and nc commands. At the end, the thesis describes the results of simulations in terms of transmission speed, network throughput, packet size distribution and in the case of TCP also bidirectional delay – RTT.
Code Generation from Object Oriented Petri Nets
Kelemen, Erik ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This thesis focuses on transformation model described by object oriented Petri net to sequence diagram, which allows reverse mapping to original description. As a solution is used discrete simulation of model described in PNtalk language. Result of work is fully automated generator, which generates sequence diagram according to gathered data from simulation. Generator aims for minimal loss of relevant information and presenting valid sequence diagram.
Development of Dataster Tool
Vlach, Martin ; Holík, Lukáš (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with expansion of existing web application Dataster in Testos platform. This application serves as a user interface for dbgenx tool from the same platform. The main purpose of Dataster is a user-friendly generation of randomized structured data which are used as a database test content. The first goal of this bachelor thesis was, in particular, to extend dbgenx tool with the possibility of generating test data according to the coverage criteria of combinatorial testing. An existing tool Combine from Testos platform has been selected for this purpose. The other part of the thesis deals with a number of small adjustments and expansion of Dataster web application, for a improvement of usability and overall user-friendliness of this application.
Application for operation of measuring devices in power engineering
Ševčík, Radek ; Mlýnek, Petr (referee) ; Krajsa, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis is focused on application development with ARM processor architecture and Linux operating system. It uses cloud hosting services to build, test and deploy applications with container-based virtualization. The application communicates with smart meters on serial buses. It stores measurements in a database. It provides access to devices and measurements in internet network.
Employee Attendance System
Bartošek, Jan ; Kučera, Jan (referee) ; Kocnová, Jitka (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis concerns to design and implementation of a time and attendancesystem to track the employees in the company. In the first part defines what does a timeand attendance system mean and presents both statistics data and existing systems. In thenext part aims on designing such a software able to track employees, manage vacation andexport records. Continues with a list of used technologies and implementation of the systemitself. At the end the proccess and results of testing the system are described.
Remote Deployment of InfiSpector
Vzdálená internetová služba umožňuje jejímu uživateli sdílet výpočetní prostředky, například servery a aplikace.
Continuous Integration Dashboard
Abramov, Mikhail ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
Utilization of Linux Containers for HW/SW Co-Design
Juřica, Jiří ; Přikryl, Zdeněk (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
In this bachelor thesis a way of replacement standard virtual machines by Linux containers is described. The goal is to create a~fully working system for performing parallel jobs with prepared environments for software build and test purposes. For containerization the Docker platform was chosen, which is used with automation tool for computers preparation. The system is also connected with continuous integration tool called Jenkins. This solution proves that usage of the Linux containers is more efficient than older virtualization technologies. The due time of each job was shortened about 24 % in average. The main benefits of this thesis is the comparison of two ways of virtualization and the introduction to the Docker technology.
