The aim of this diploma thesis is look at ways of optimising business processes in a specific company acting as an insurance intermediary. The thesis consists of a theoretical part which defines the basic concepts of the issue. The analytical part maps the current state of the business processes in the company, which serves as the foundation of a proposal for their optimization with the use of a CRM system.
CRM Software Market in Czech Republic

This thesis is focused on CRM software suitable for small-sized enterprises. The main goal of this work is to identify CRM software available in the Czech Republic and finally, provide a recommendation of an appropriate solution for small-sized enterprises. As sources for the identification of CRM software available in the Czech Republic the internet software databases SystemOnLine.cz and Vyber-CRM.cz were used. The problem is, that they contain software suitable for small-sized but also for medium and large-sized enterprises, therefore, there were selected those that match the target group according to certain criteria such as price, cloud solution, possibility of expansion and mobility. The selected CRM software was analysed, rated and compared afterwards. The software was compared according to 3 criteria. The first one is annual price for 10 users, the second is value added that contains for example manuals, trial version or phone and e-mail support. The last criterion is user experience. For user experience comparison a method called System Usability Scale was used. On the basis of the results of the previous comparison CRM software with the best ratings was chosen and then suggested for the small-sized enterprises.

The practical part analyzes the current state of customer relationship management, marketing and business activities of the selected company. The analysis also focuses on the market for CRM systems, which then selects the most appropriate system for the company. It proposes its implementation, including a quantifying of benefits and costs.

The bachelor thesis is focussing on the assessment of the information system and the design of its changes in sledovanitv.cz s.r.o. In my thesis there is an analysis of the current state of the company and subsequent suggestions for improving the deficiencies of the given system, which should bring to the company improvement of efficiency. The proposals for improvement themselves are based on analysis of the current situation.

The theme of this diploma thesis is an analysis of an enterprise information system in the selected company, middle sized company operating in the construction industry. The work is divided into two separate units. First one - the theoretical part contains the main concepts and issues that are subsequently elaborated in the practical part. Individual chap-ters of the theoretical part of the thesis contain the definition of information system, intro-duces basic concepts in this area, enterprise information systems and related processes and also strategic management of information processes. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the selected company. The goal and output of the practical part are the analyzes of information strategy and current state of the information system of the selected company and its evaluation.

Analytical part of the thesis is focused on current state of the CRM system assessment being used. From the obtained information and the revealed weaknesses in this company I seek to introduce a proposal of changes and recommendations that should lead to improve the creation and maintenance of customer relationships.
