Industry 4.0 in according Design and Application of Production Machines
Serykh, Pavel ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of CNC manufacturing machines and their use in accordance with the principles of Industry 4.0. The first part is a search of the current state in the field of the most frequently used CNC production machines in engineering according to their design and application. In the second part described principles, basic attributes and key technologies of Industry 4.0, defined concept. The last part is on top of the project conceptual workplace with CNC manufacturing machines in the premises of the technical high school VUTBR in accordance with the principles and tenets of Industry 4.0 and the evaluation of the results achieved.
Application for Simulation of PROFINET Controller
Mazurek, Tomáš ; Holkovič, Martin (referee) ; Kreslíková, Jitka (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with development of an application simulating the Profinet controller. The main function of such controller is to establish an application relation with a device, which is communicating via the Profinet technology. Through the application relation then takes place the entire exchange of information. The goal of the controller simulation, run on a desktop computer, is to facilitate the testing of input/output devices connected to the system via Ethernet interface. The resulting application allows to monitor and modify the communication much easier than the real control system.
A problem of electric powered wheelchair
Filipec, Petr ; Sikora, Michal (referee) ; Švejda, Pavel (advisor)
This work deals with the research electric powered wheelchair and one's own project for its improvement. At the beginning a basic characterization of powered electric wheelchair is described. The work continues with a study of research control systems. Next, statistics are worked up from opinion poll. Instrument for optimalization engine power and battery capacity is created in terms of this information.
Usage of Modern Methods for Increasing Reliability of Control System Implementations
Szurman, Karel ; Mičulka, Lukáš (referee) ; Kaštil, Jan (advisor)
At avionics control and critical systems is necessary guarantee a minimal level of fault tolerance and their high reliability. On the electronic components in these devices has an undesirable influence environment conditions and mainly cosmic ray. In this paper are described the most common failure types of semiconductor components and devices together with modern methods which can be increased the system fault tolerance and its overall reliability. There are introduced aspects of the avionic systems design due to finally certification and ways to evaluate its safety. This thesis describes design and implementation of the CAN bus control system for the FPGA platform which uses the CANAerospace application protocol. Created system design is improved by the TMR architecture. Fault tolerance of both system version is tested by the SEU framework which allows using the dynamic partial reconfiguration generate an SEU failures into running FPGA design.
Control system for infrared heater
Bis, Jan ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis describes an infrared heater, creation of control algorithm for PLC and visualization of controlling of the infrared heater using the touch panel. The Ąrst part contains a description of the laminating production line, the infrared heater and its parts. There are also the requirements for controlling of the infrared heater. Based on these requirements the second part describes the creation of the control algorithm for PLC and visualization of controlling the infrared heater using the touch panel.
Refrigerating unit for the Barman project
Kupka, Ondřej ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
The aim of this master’s thesis was to create cooling unit which will became part of project Barman. Thesis describe process from definition of requirements, proposal, selection of components, PI and D diagram and in the last chapter the construction work. In the second part describe design of cooling unit’s model and simulation of cooling process. The last part of the thesis is describing software of the cooling unit and tis results.
Control of industrial robot drives by KEBA systems
Opluštil, Aleš ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the evaluation of the use of original drive on the older industrial robot KUKA KR 15/2 with a new control system from KEBA. An original control system is removed from robot controller KR C1 and replaced by KeMotion system, which is in this thesis completely described. It is necessary to choose an appropriate way of connection between electric drives of industrial robot and KeMotion control system and finally realize it by practical way. Based on communication with the control system, these engines had been assessed as appropriate. There is also a section created to the description of the control software and its implementation on KUKA robot and to creating of visualization of model.
Robotization of machine tools
Tabarka, Roman ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the robotization of machine tools. This work describes the evaluation of the current state in terms of robotization of CNC machine tools. In addition to the assignment, a case study from practice was prepared.
Microcontroller based aquarium control system
Gothard, Adolf ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with design of automatic aquarium control system, equipped with microcontroller AT89C51ED2 and simple user interface. After opening introduction to systems, usually used for aquarium automation, there is described design of such device. First, it is selection of components and concept of their electrical connections. Next part is devoted to realisation and found problems and their removing. The last part is devoted to design and creation of program equipment of the control system. This part shows basic principles of control program and structure of it’s main parts. Low-level functions for communication with peripheral devices are also described.
Crossroads model
Záviš, Jan ; Roman, Foukal (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The topic of my bachelor thesis is The Model of Crossroads Systems with Light Signals. My bachelor thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first one is a theory where the issue of crossroads is described, especially focuses on light's signals. I have described specific ways of control and methods of realization such crossroads. Furthermore, project is focused on theirs timing of traffic fluency. The thesis also describes the hook-up of individual crossings not to avoid collapse in roads and traffics will be fluent. This is connected with changes in time delays depending on the traffic situation, for example rush hour. In addition, there is a general description of the crossroads as well, their division, advantages and disadvantages. The second part is focused on the design of a demonstration panel that will help as learning tools in the laboratory. This chapter contains a graphic design of a panel, a design of a control system scheme, a design of a PCB for a control system and the realization of a physical demonstration panel. In the project the issue of selecting a suitable source for the control system is analyzed. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the design of a universal code, which will serve as a template for various kinds of intersections. Finally, the issue of the initial recovery is addressed. Here comes the connection of the panel with the programmable automaton and the subsequent program upload.
