Results: In selected parameters of body composition and postural stability achieve elite golfer's good results. Especially in the parameters body mass index (BMI) and % fat came good to excellent results. The grip strength of hand located below on the "grip" is larger than the strength of hand located above on the "grip". The relation between game performance (level of HCP) and selected parameters was not confirmed. Only a slight relation between the HCP and the handgrip strength of hand based above on the "grip" were found. Keywords: Golf, performance, body composition, postural stability, grip strength.

Following of immune response dynamics to \kur{Eimeria intestinalis} and \kur{Eimeria flavescens} infection in rabbits by the blastic transformation method
VODIČKA, Tomáš
Dynamics of immune response to coccidia was studied in rabbits by the blastic transformation method and by the following of gains in weight of mesenteric lymph nodes and spleens. The study was performed by using two of the most pathogenic species of coccidia: Eimeria intestinalis (highly immunogenic, parasitizing the small intestine) and E. flavescens (weekly immunogenic, located in the large intestine). Experiments were conducted on rabbits that were 6-7 weeks old and on sucklings. The lymphocyte proliferation in 6-7 weeks old rabbits was assessed at 7, 14 and 21 days after infection. The sucklings were infected at 14, 16, 19, 22, 25, 29 and 34 days of their life. Development of immune response in the dependence on their age was followed up.

The aim of this study: To confirm the possibility of detection of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and organohalogen pesticides (OCPs) in blood and follicular fluid of infertile women. To determine the levels of some congeners and to confirme their cumulation in follicular fluid and their influence on the results of IVF +ET program. Methods: We detected the levels of PCBs and OCPs at first in blood and follicular fluid of 30 infertile women. After that we analysed the relationship between the presence of these xenobiotics and achieving succesful pregnancy. Results: It was found the cumulation of this xenobiotics in follicular fluid. PCB 118+123, PCB 156, PCB 172, HCB (hexachlorobenzene) and beta HCH (hexachlorocyclohexane) are dependent on the age of patients. The most part of PCBs is also higher in patiens with high BMI (body mass index). We foud the higher concentrations of PCB 47 a PCB 158 in patients with primary sterility. This correlation was not statistically significant. We confirmed statistically significant higher levels of PCBs in folicular fluid of patients with endometriosis. The levels of OCPs didn't differ. A correlation has been ascertained between the number of diploid oocytes and the levels of DDT, fertilization of oocytes and levels of PCB 158 and the pregnancy rate and the number of...
