Simplified Study of Feasibility of a chosen Plan
Janda, Lukáš ; Pirožek, Petr (advisor) ; Dvořák, Jiří (referee)
Work processes simplified feasibility study based on methodology of MRR for photovoltaic project on the roof of a factory hall, where they will consume the electricity produced. The work is processed variability of the development of legislative change, contingent upon conditions (for 2010 Act No. 180/2005 Coll., 2011 an amendment to this Act). Based on the results we can say that the change of these conditions occurs, in particular to extend the return on such investment.
Simplified Study of Feasibility of a chosen Plan
Kubový, Daniel ; Pirožek, Petr (advisor) ; Pevná, Jana (referee)
The subject of this thesis is to create the simplified feasibility study of two versions of photovoltaic power plants and compare them with each other. Point out the advantages, disadvantages and differences of each version. The aim will be to prove or disprove the sustainability of each version throughout their lifetime at current conditions in the Czech Republic. It will also be taken eye on investment efficiency. Option A have to build solar power plants on the roof of the factory holding. Option B have to build photovoltaic power plant on the meadow. Both versions of solar power plants will have the same power. The electrical energy produced from both versions of solar power plants will be consumed in the manufactory. I deal with methodological approaches in the theoretical part of the issue. In practical part I follow these approaches by creating my own simplified feasibility study.
Business plan - Solar power plant
Dlouhá, Pavlína ; Srpová, Jitka (advisor) ; Matěnová, Alena (referee)
Renewable energy resources in the Czech Republic, especially photovoltaics, have experienced a great boom in the past few years. The investment in the photovoltaic plants has been and will be a very promising field for investors unless too many legislative barriers are adopted to make the investments unattractive. This diploma thesis therefore elaborates a real world business case of a solar power plant. Within the business case a sensitivity analysis is being made to evaluate the influences of external factors that may have a major impract on the effectiveness and returnability of the project. Conclusions made in the analysis help to make the desicion whether to realize or not to realize the project.
Business plan
Kočí, Pavel ; Krause, Josef (advisor) ; Hladký, Jan (referee)
The field of photovoltaics and solar power stations in the Czech Republic have experienced a huge developement in the past years thank's to very favourable conditions for enterprising in this line. These ones have changed a lot from the year 2011 and caused large changes in the photovoltaics. This thesis deals with business plan focusing on realization of minor solar power station. The main goal of this thesis is to compare on the basis of indicators of efficiency investment appraisal the real project from the year 2010 with the same fictitious project from the year 2011 and thus to show the impacts of legislation changes which should prevent from further growth of solar power stations in the Czech Republic. In this work photovoltaics is presented also generally so that it could provide comprehensive view of this branch.
Photovoltaic in the Czech Republic within the framework of EU energy policy
Ullrych, Radek ; Němcová, Ingeborg (advisor) ; Machytka, Daniel (referee)
Members of EU are being pushed by the EU energy policy to exploit renewable energy resources more and more. Energy generation from photovoltaic power-station has become in the Czech Republic one of the most discussed resource. The bachelor's thesis evaluates EU perspective on renewable resources and shows implementation of Europe guidelines into Czech legislative. The thesis also tries to find out what was the reason for massive investments into photovoltaic power-stations. The last part speaks about business plan of the company Jihospol a.s., which is the owner of photovoltaic power-station.
Analysis of economy and conditions of electricity production by small water energy power station operator and solar-energy operator
Šíma, Ondřej ; Zeman, Karel (advisor) ; Petrášek, František (referee)
Production of electricity from renewable energy sources is very actual in present period by reason of badly adjusted parameters for future development in the area of renewable energy sources. These wrong economical decisions - inadequate financial support of the state, caused large development firstly of solar-energy power stations which has the consequence of raising of electricity price what negatively influences the end-customers, state budget and the whole national economy too. Interest of the topic emphasizes family ownership of two renewable manufacturing resources of electricity -- small water power station and solar-energy power station. In the theoretical part will be at first described all notions of relevance which refer to chosen topic, especially from area of economy, accountancy and energy industry. Then it will be characterized production of electricity from renewable resources, principles and instruments to supporting production of electricity from renewable energy sources with its economic impacts to national economy of the Czech Republic. The analytical part will compare legal environment and ways of financial support of two concrete power stations producing the electricity from renewable resources, i. e. small water power station and solar--energy power station, thereout will come comparison of both projects in light of basic economic parameters which are monitored within economy. In fine of this part will be monitored parameters of both projects analysed and mutually compared. The aim of this Bachelor work is analysis and comparison of production of electricity at two concrete power stations producing electricity from renewable resources, i. e. small water power station and solar-energy power station.
The Managerial model of an investment project of a PV Plant for international corporate profession
Skopal, Pavel ; Kovář, František (advisor) ; Kislingerová, Eva (referee) ; Pirožek, Petr (referee) ; Majdúchová, Helena (referee)
The implementation of photovoltaic power plants is the result of the collaboration between developers, investors, financing institutions, municipalities and general contractors. Investors make informed decisions based on expert evaluations of financial and nonfinancial criteria of projects. The investor provides equity capital for the project and the bank provides a loan usually in the amount of 70-80% of the total investment cost. The investor looks for the optimal solution for his investment and for the preparation and implementation of the project. To achieve this the investor needs to have a very good understanding of the country specifics where the project is located. During the construction works, outside bodies are part of the undertaking, especially law firms, expert technical supervisors and risk managers. The completed project is then valued using industry-standard methods and it becomes part of the investor's portfolio. New knowledge acquired during the development process is managed and applied to other projects.
Photovoltaic power station - return and evaluation of investment
DUDOVÁ, Alena
The goal of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the effectiveness and return of investment in photovoltaic power station, then I compare the effectiveness of investment in the current conditions of the purchase energy with conditions that were valid in the past.
