Technical analysis in the Intraday Trading

The aim of this work is to create "Intraday concept", that could be used as a manual for amateur intraday traders to achieve systematic approach in the intraday trading. First part of this work defines general rules for intraday trading. Second part chooses technical indicatiors for intraday use. In the last part of this work are presented automatic trading systems and "Intraday koncept" is created on the basis of data gained in previous chapters.

French and Czech terminology in European legislative texts concentrated on the field: Aid to developing countries

The main theme of the thesis is the French and Czech terminology which is used in the European legislative texts focusing on the area of "External relations - aid to developing countries". As an introduction the work deals with the language policy of the European union and the translation service of the Union. The second part describes the procedure of choosing and arrangement of legislation texts and the work with the special program called "ParaConc". The texts were processed in a form of parallel corpus. Consequently, 201 key words and their collocations were selected which formed the subject of the investigation. Finally, translations and structures were analysed and evaluated.

Expert systems in medicine and a diagnostic application design prototype

Tématem práce je charakteristika expertních systémů, možnosti jejich aplikace v medicíně a návrh prototypu expertního systému pro podporu rozhodování při určování maligního/benigního charakteru patologických ložisek při ultazvukovém vyšetřování vnitřních orgánů. Práce obsahuje strukturovaný popis jednotlivých expertních systémů používaných v klinické praxi. V části věnované návrhu expertního systému je popsán postup lékaře při vyšetřování a popis jednotlivých faktorů, podle kterých usuzuje na charakter analyzovaného patologického ložiska; práce popisuje možné přístupy k tvorbě expertního systému a podrobněji se zabývá případovým usuzováním (case-based reasoning), které je vybráno jako nejvhodnější metoda pro projekt takového systému.

Intoxication by ethanol or others addictive substances in emergency medicine

The thesis Intoxication by ethanol or others addictive substances in emergency medicine is divided into two parts dealing respectively with a theoretical and experimental study of drug and alcohol intoxication. The theoretical part deals with treating patients under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This part contains description of addictive drugs and how they influence and are distributed into the human body. The thesis also deals with symptoms of drug intoxication and proposes a treatment method. The task of this thesis was to observe whether urgent care staff has sufficient theoretical knowledge of drug and alcohol intoxication and if they use correct methods while dealing with patients and moreover if they have their own drug experience. The research part was carried out using quantitative method. The data were obtained from a form intended for all medical staff in emergency medical service field (doctors, paramedics, nurses, drivers) and was filled in at different emergency medical service clinics and departments of anesthesiology in Zdravotnická záchranná služba Jihočeského kraje, Zdravotnická záchranná služba Libereckého kraje, Nemocnice Českéch Budějovice and Masarykova městská nemocnice v Jilemnici. The hypothesis states that medical staff is aware of techniques and procedures administered to intoxicated patients - primary medical care and transportation. A few of the medical staff admitted to experimenting with drugs. The results support the hypothesis. I hope this thesis will be helpful not only to medical staff, but also to public and servers as an inspiration to further approaches.

Evaluation of economic instruments used in nature protection, with special attention paid to the systém of compensations for damages caused by protected animal species (case study of the Třeboňsko PLA)

The given Bachelor Thesis deals with the assessment regarding the system of awarding compensatory damages caused by specially protected animal species in the period between 2000 and 2011 within the territory of the Protected Landscape Area of Třeboňsko. Compensatory damages thus represent one of the most important economic instruments in the general scheme of the nature and landscape protection to which the protection of specially protected animal species is being provided. The procedure of application and awarding of the given compensatory damages has been stipulated in the Act No. 115/2000 Coll. on compensation for damages caused by selected specially protected animal species. The work also analyses both development of provided compensatory damages in the aforesaid years and efficiency evaluation and utility of this instrument in the nature and landscape protection within the territory of the Protected Landscape Area of Třeboňsko. Furthermore, the topic evaluates awareness regarding the possibility of using compensatory damages through the website authorities of the nature and landscape protection.

Charakterizuje specifika trhu s vlasovou kosmetikou a podrobně se věnuje vstupu na český trh s vlasovou kosmetikou formou smlouvy o výhradní distribuci. Příkladem z praxe je postup zavedení italské vlasové kosmetiky Davines na český trh firmou Hevea, vzájemná spolupráce firmy se zahraničním partnerem a následné zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.

Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission The Diploma Thesis Zuzana Jílková Abstract The Diploma Thesis entitled "Legal standing of neighbours in the procedures to grant planning permission" presents an analysis of the concept of the "neighbour" in the individual procedures to grant a planning permission under the Building Act, namely the planning permission proceedings, the summary planning permission proceedings, the planning consent issuance, the conclusion of a public contract and the regulatory plan issuance. Procedural rights of the neighbour are analysed in detail. The neighbour, in its capacity as an interested person, may actively use these rights and thereby influence the course and outcome of the proceedings. The thesis focuses primarily on the planning permission proceedings and objections which neighbours may raise against the construction project under the conditions set out in the Building Act. The aim of the thesis is to create an image of the neighbour by means of an analysis of the various procedures and to outline the problematic aspects of the current legislation regarding in particular the defence before the administrative courts in the simplified procedures. The Mount Blaník geology with a proposal for school geological fieldtrip

This BSc Thesis provides comprehensive overview of Mt Blaník geology and its evolution. The geology of Mt Blaník was further applied for a proposal of geological fieldtrip focussed on geological structures, their measurements on selected localities and processing. Therefore the Thesis incorporates a comprehensive instruction for taking measurements with geological compass or modified orienteering compass. Description of local geological exposition and its use for didactic purpose is also part of the Thesis.
