Práce je zaměřena na analýzu odlišností podnikání ve fotbalovém průmyslu a dopadem do oceňování. Primárně se zabývá hospodařením českých profesionálních fotbalových klubů, doplňkově také srovnáním s kluby z nejvyspělejších evropských fotbalových soutěží. Největší důraz je kladen na specifika ve finančním hospodaření českých fotbalových klubů a možné metody jejich oceňování. V praktické části je navržený postup oceňování aplikován na nejznámější český fotbalový klub AC Sparta Praha. The thesis deals with analysis of differences in the economy of professional football clubs. The thesis concentrates on czech professional football clubs, marginally on the finest european football leagues. Finally, there are proposed the best techniques and methods in valuating football clubs.
