The thesis deals with the business plan of the online project Světotrip.cz. It is a travel portal that connects experienced travelers with people who don`t have much experience with individual travelling. The goal is to reach out to the public in general and offer them the possibility of low-cost travel. The introductory part contains theoretical starting points and explains the necessary terms. The second analytical part evaluates the market environment through external, internal and sectoral analyzes. The final part focuses on the development of a actual business plan. The reader will be thoroughly acquainted with the goal of the whole project, the various services offered, the competitive advantage and the specific business model of the whole project.

The aim of the thesis is to design and evaluate the possibility of realization based on the processing of available data and analysis. At first, the paper describes the theoretical background related to the problem solved and further analyzes the current state of the company. The analysis carried out is based on the draft business plan, including the financial plan and the risk plan.

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan to establish a confectionery factory "Nebeské dorty" in the village Rouchovany. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the definition of business terms and analyzes needed for the elaboration of a business plan. In the design part there is a business model and related organizational, marketing and financial plan. Thanks to the questionnaire given to selected respondents and to the analyzes performed, it can be said that the future enterprise has a great chance of success.

The theoretical part includes information necessary for the preparation of the analytical part which analysis current situation and practical part in which are described previous activites to the beggining of doing economical aktivity.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a realistic business plan for establishing a new company. The business plan is based on the first - theoretical part which is based on the scientific background, market research, special analyzes and on the second - analytical part in which the outputs of theoretical research and analysis are applied in the business plan. The third part is proposal where theoretical and analytical knowledge is applied in practice. The main intention is to evaluate whether the prepared business plan is feasible and under what conditions.
