Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou návrhu podnikatelského plánu založení malého penzionu s prodejnou vín v turistickém centru Velkých Bílovic. Cílem práce je na základě zpracování dostupných dat a provedených analýz navrhnout a vyhodnotit možnost realizace. Práce nejprve popisuje teoretická východiska související s řešeným problémem, a dále analyzuje současný stav firmy. Z provedených analýz vychází návrh podnikatelského plánu včetně finančního plánu a plánu rizik. This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a small guesthouse with a wine shop in the tourist center of Velké Bílovice. The aim of the thesis is to design and evaluate the possibility of realization based on the processing of available data and analysis. At first, the paper describes the theoretical background related to the problem solved and further analyzes the current state of the company. The analysis carried out is based on the draft business plan, including the financial plan and the risk plan.
