Possibilities of educational MOOC courses

The diploma thesis explores the possibilities of MOOC online courses and their implementation for ČSN EN 1591-4 standard. Firstly, Czech and global providers of MOOCs are discussed and compared. There are over 220 million MOOC active users globally. Then, the content of a course regarding the ČSN EN 1591-4 standard is created. This standard defines the necessary knowledge that mechanicians must acquire to install flange joints in critical applications. In the experiment, the importance of lubricating the fastener is pointed out. The outcome of the thesis is ten videos in Czech and in English that cover the courses' content and the experiment. The author entered a discussion with a Dutch Engineering Trainer platform which expressed interest in the ČSN EN 1591-4 course. In the end, the possibilities of course commercialization, fees, and profit are explored. There are several MOOC platforms open to publishing a course. Nevertheless, it is not possible to post the same course on two platforms simultaneously.
Solving of Group Conflicts in Kindergarten (from the point of view headmisresses and headmasters of the Central Bohemian Region kindergartens)

This dissertation inquires into the issue of solving group conflicts in kindergartens, presents opinions, quotations and comparison of Czech and foreign authors, derives from both local and foreign sources. In the theoretical part it brings forth findings from the stated area, defines the term "conflict", delineates the basic types of conflicts, deals with group conflicts in the context of the influence of an individual on the inception of a conflict. In the second half of the theoretical part it focuses on the settlement and prevention of conflicts. The research, coming from the goal of the inquiry, is directed in the same spirit. The research part presents the results of the inquiry, describing and analysing the causes and solutions of group conflicts in practice. The evaluation then leads to answering the research questions. The work is designed so the broadest range of headmasters and administrators of kindergartens could make use of it.
Influence of completion the introductory course in the study of Faculty of physical education and sport students

Title: Influence of completion the introductory course in the study of Faculty of physical education and sport students Objectives: Evaluation of potencional conection between completing voluntary introductory course at Máchovo jezero and study succes of Faculty of physical education and sport of Charles University in Prague students. Description of mentioned event and selection of respondents. Definiton of connection words succes and studying, and provision of recommendation for board of faculty based on gained informations, if there is connection between course between course and studying and how to edit course to be more effective. Methods: Main research methods in this thesis are used kvantify questionnaire and in-depth interview with main organizer of event. Research file is made by students, who were hired for studying at faculty in years 2014-2018, beacuse examined course took same place and activites during these years. Gained informations were examined by descriptive, factor and correlation analysis. Results: Based on description of event were determined goals of course., which were based on descriptive analysis achieved. All these goals had influence on research file and theirs advance to second year of studying, so course structure even after verification by factor analysis was made...
Stack of outdoor games for teambuilding events

Title: Stack of outdoor games for cooperation development Goals: The goal of this work is create stack of outdoor games for teambuilding events and tourist courses of universities for immediate use. Methods: Based on the literature search and personal experience, the criteria for selecting games were determined and processed into a well-arranged stack. Individual games were created on the basis of the following criteria: selection of games focused primarily on team cooperation and development of group processes (communication, team management), environment (outdoor, nature), number of players (5-10), time consuming of the game itself (10-20 minutes). Results: Creating a stack of ten different types of games aimed at developing teams useful for teambuilding events. The result is a presentation and specification of games and activities suitable for this type of events. Conclusion: The contribution of this work is a stack of games usable especially for instructors and organizers of teambuilding and other events focused on team development. Nature as inspiration for leisure education

The thesis deals with the organization of leisure activities where the main tool and inspiration is nature. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of pedagogy of free time and points to the possibility of using nature as an inspiration not only for creating content components of leisure activities, but also as the environment in which the pedagogical - educational process of activities takes place. The practical part contains specific pedagogical - educational activity whose essence is built on respect for nature. Data for the creation of practical courses are drawn from the questionnaire survey, in which interviewed respondents used the opportunity to choose from a variety of activities that take place in nature, and expressed their concerns. After evaluating the results of the survey, three educational programs - educational activities - were developed by teaching principles: a lesson of painting "Water and Sky", a course of photography and an agility course.

Specifics of the hydromorphological monitoring on small water courses and its improvement

This thesis deals with hydroecological monitoring of watercourses. The HEM – Hydroecological monitoring is part of evaluation of status of watercourses, which is a requirement of the European Water Framework Directive. The content of this thesis is firstly to find out the status monitoring of hydromorphological quality of watercourses in the Czech Republic and a subsequent survey of methodology HEM. The aim of this thesis is comparison with the older methodologies and ways to improve the practical implementation of monitoring on smaller waterways. Measurement and knowledge will be applied to Troubsko creek.
Project of Profession Navigation for Students of Faculty of Management of University of Economics Prague

The aim of thesis is to propose specifications of workshop named Profesní navigace, co se životem na prahu dospělosti?, which is organized at the Faculty of Management of University of Economics (FM VŠE) in Jindřichův Hradec. The seminar is aimed at helping students, who are looking for answers to their questions, which are connected with their entry into adulthood. Trained tutors, authors of course, help them with using the method of process-oriented work. In the theoretical part I am writing about personality development and about methods, which are using to conduct these courses. In the practical part I am applying acquired knowledge into concrete recommendations for further development this workshop.
The E-learning System Implementation in an Organization

The Phenomenon of art production

This bachelor thesis deals with amateur fine arts. We are trying to demarcate the boundary between unprofessional and professional attitude to art expression. We are also introducing the aspects of polemics of their mutual pervading. We are trying to represent the main features of the genesis of the amateur production in the history of fine arts, related to the traditional and naive art. We are analysing the newest trends in the amateur production and their role in contemporary fine arts. Specifically, we are dealing with the trends in creation of amateur web pages and its galleries, fine arts courses and workshops, schools of fine arts, amateur photography etc. We are also mentioning the relationship of amateur production with art therapy and art production of mentally diseased people.
