Fajčík, Martin ; Přikryl, Zdeněk (referee) ; Hynek, Jiří (advisor)
The goal of bachelor's thesis is to design and implement extensions devoted to source code static analysis and automatic corrections used in CodAL language editors. This form of analysis is convenient e.g. for the source code semantic checks. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Role of the theoretical part is to overview with extension development related to Eclipse platform, especially with the CodAL language editor, CodAL language itself and to define problems of this language which are suitable to be solved on the static analysis level. Practical part includes specific implementation details of the particular static analysis elements and automatic corrections. These extended CodAL language editors are available in integrated development environment Codasip Studio based first and foremost on the Eclipse platform and project CDT. Codasip Studio has been developed by company Codasip Ltd. in collaboration with Lissom research team.

Detection of Brute-Force Password Attack in Network Traffic
Hurta, Marek ; Grégr, Matěj (referee) ; Žádník, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is aimed at monitoring of computer networks using IP flows. It describes NEMEA framework which is used for creating modules. These modules are able to detect network anomalies and attacks. Next part describes a few methods how SSH, RDP and Telnet protocols could be attacked. Following chapters analyze some types of attacks such as Dictionary or Brute-Force attack and tries to find their common characteristics. Based on this analysis, signature of attack is created. Proposed detection algorithm uses these signatures for computing detection thresholds which are used in histogram analysis. Finally, results of proposed detection algorithm are compared with the results from other known methods.

Distributed Processing of IP flow Data
Krobot, Pavel ; Kořenek, Jan (referee) ; Žádník, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the subject of distributed processing of IP flow. Main goal is to provide an implementation of a software collector which allows storing and processing huge amount of a network data in particular. There was studied an open-source implementation of a framework for the distributed processing of large data sets called Hadoop, which is based on MapReduce paradigm. There were made some experiments with this system which provided the comparison with the current systems and shown weaknesses of this framework. Based on this knowledge there was created a specification and scheme for an extension of current software collector within this work. In terms of the created scheme there was created an implementation of query framework for formed collector, which is considered as most critical in the field of distributed processing of IP flow data. Results of experiments with created implementation show significant performance growth and ability of linear scalability with some types of queries.

Smarthome Home Remote Control
Podmolík, Leopold ; Korček, Pavol (referee) ; Kořenek, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the thesis was to ensure simple and clear operation while providing users the ability to monitor and analyze the current historical data from sensors in the smart home. Beyond the task I have extended the work on the Windows Phone platform. Designed user interface based on the requirements for intelligent home control in the project IoT (Internet of Things), which are written in this work. Tests were conducted using the available auto-mated testing and continuous testing at alpha and beta. Finally, the quality of the interface and user friendliness assessed using questionnaires.

Analysis of Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic effectiveness with DEA models
Milnerová, Karolína ; Jablonský, Josef (advisor) ; Dlouhý, Martin (referee)
This thesis deals with DEA models (Data envelopment analysis), which are models for measuring the efficiency of peer decision making units (DMUs). First part focus on basic DEA models (CCR model, BCC model) and this part is extended by new CH-CCR model, which considering that the variables (inputs or outputs) are usually strongly correlated. In second part is included description of network-based models, which are afterwards applicated on data of FRS CR (Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic). Using this models is solved efficiency of FRS CR through the regions.
