The aim of this work is to determine whether it is more efficient for the self-employed person to take a form of trade or of a limited liability company. In this context, we will explain in the theoretical part certain terms relating to the conduct of business, companies with limited liability and income tax of individual and legal entities.

The Business Plan of the Tennis Academy

The main goal of the thesis was to create a business plan for the purpose of the Tennis Academy foundation and to consider objective conditions (of the foundation) and profitability of the business plan. The business plan contains these main parts: the introduction of the firm's activities and strategies, total market analysis (includes information about the particular market, competition, customer analysis), promotion (the way how to affect and attract new customers), detailed 2 years financial projection (including real and pessimistic modifications of the projection) and risks identification and evaluation (within pessimistic modification of the financial projection). The conclusion of the business plan confirmed the profitability and consider objective conditions mentioned above as accepted. The final decision is to set up the business.

Teoretická část: vymezení klíčových faktorů spojených s rozhodnutím podnikat, postup při založení podniku a úkony související se zahájením podnikatelské činnosti, tvorba zakladatelského rozpočtu pro kvantifikaci potřebné výše finančních prostředků. Praktická část: založení firmy ?Truhlářství Václav Doubek? - determinanty rozhodnutí podnikat, specifikace podnikatelského záměru, zakladatelský rozpočet kvantifikující kapitálovou náročnost daného záměru a odhad hospodaření v prvních letech.

Trade business

In my thesis first of all I describe historical progress of trade business in the Czech Republic from it's beginning: the developement of guilds, manufactures, damping during the Second World War and developement after 1989 up to actual legal regulation. I will describe trade administration and its developemnet from 1992, when Trade Licensing Offices started up, and the position of Trade Licensing Offices in the public administration. I will describe the basic terms like trade, trade licence, its beginning, expiration and authentication, trading inspection and administrative penalization. I will describe Trades Register, its connection to other registers of public administratin and the activity of Central registration points. Currently a big amendment to the trade law legislation is being prepared. This amendment is about to reduce administrative burden of entrepreneures greatly and allows the enterpreneurs to start their businesses easily. In my thesis I try to describe the most essential changes which this amendment to the trade law brings.

Trade business in Czech Republic

The subject of my work was to describe czech trade law. I started with decription of development of existing laws and rules of trade business. In the second chapter I determined basic and conjointed terms as trade and attributes of the trade. Later I dealed with the main code, which is concerned with regulation of trade business in Czech Republic and I focussed on the trade licence. At the end of my work I reviewed and assessed current practice in this field.

Obsahem práce je nastínění problematiky zakládání penzionu v regionu Vysočina. Při plánování lokality podnikání je použita strategická analýza - Porterův model pěti sil. V rámci zakladatelského rozpočtu jsou vypočítány veškeré náklady na vybudování penzionu.

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozdílem mezi podnikáním jako fyzická a právnická osoba z pohledu daní a jiných hledisek. Teoretická část představuje jednotlivé právní formy podnikání, srovnání jejich výhod a nevýhod. Dále se zabývá problematikou tzv. švarcsystému. Praktická část je aplikována na architektonický ateliér, který si nepřál být jmenován. Posuzuje se zde výhodnost transformace ze stávajícího živnostenského podnikání na s.r.o. nebo sdružení a problematika najímání pracovníků na živnostenský list.

Zahájení podnikání individuálního podnikatele a vedení daňové evidence

Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá zahájením podnikání fyzické osoby. Věnuje se požadavkům kladeným na podnikatele při zahájení podnikatelské činnosti. Popisuje druhy živností, registrační povinnosti a daňové povinnosti. V druhé části popisuje vedení daňové evidence: evidenci příjmů a výdajů, evidenci pohledávek a závazků, evidenci majetku a zásob, mzdovou evidenci, evidenci rezerv a evidenci DPH. V další části je zpracován příklad na vyplnění daňového přiznání.
