Economic effectiveness of systems wiring

This master’s thesis tries to show the differences between usual obsolete indoor wiring and clas-sic indoor wiring used these days and also between this „classic“ indoor wiring and „intelligent wiring“. There is insisted on selection and optimalization of the adequate system for a concrete building and there is made a question of specifications of the user or the customer, his preferen-ces (financial, space, family etc.), disadvantages and advantages of the current system. Whereas it’s impossible to satisfy all the users in these problems by reason of diversity of the buildings (it can be a lot of variants of family houses or small apartments), the systems in this thesis are ap-plied only on the most frequent types of houses. Quite lot of firms deal in this country with indo-or wiring, the most known are ABB, ELKO EP and Moeller. Each of these firms offers different alternatives of systems. From the simplest, basic alternative, to most sophisticated „intelligent“ systems, which can care about almost everything, what is common with electrical energy. These different systems, their review, advantages and disadvantages are also presented in this work. Preliminary there is analysed the whole issue from the historical view and there is briefly explai-ned, what the system wiring is. In the next chapter there is a complex description of the actual state of known firms and systems on the present-day market in our country and in the world. The-re is also summarised the basic structure and the overall comparison of the most frequently used bus systems. In the next two chapters there are presented the main objectives of this work and the methods and procedures, how to achieve these objectives. The central part of this work is the next to last chapter, in which there are presented the different model variants of the project, applied to the real residential building - middle-sized family house. That is realized on the basis of the spe-cified requirements on the designed system. Before that there was performed the complex design of the situation scheme of all usual electrical appliances and lighting system in the house. In the end the whole work is in summary analysed, mainly in term of costs of each variant of the pro-ject. By virtue of this can the reader make a better view about the whole financial problem of the system wiring, that means, how much he has to invest in his concrete wiring. In the end of the work there is attached the detailed documentation to all alternatives of the project, such as dra-wings (complex horizontal plans) and costs budget of all used items and the wiring material.

Heating in the Middle ages

This work aims to summarize the development of medieval heating systems particularly in higher social classes with a concern on their art form and their position in the residential interior. Therefore it proves necessary to include the spatial arrangement of medieval residential space. The authoress especially focuses on the development of fireplaces, tiled stoves and fume or hot-air heating using both preserved and reconstructed heating or whole heating systems, but also iconographic material and written references. It also emaphasises the origin and early forms of heating. Implementation of CRM information system in a service oriented small and middle enterprise company

Diploma thesis reviews a topic of Customer Relationship Management information system implementation from a managerial point of view. Theoretical part describes strategies for a Customer Relationship Management in a field of a small and middle enterprise business. It contains a description of technological options and a market situation in information systems business. Author describes a topic of information systems and their value added and is focused on a process of implementing the Customer Relationship Management information system. In a practical part there is a specific implementation project being analyzed. The analysis is based on the feedback of customers of a company and users of a new system. This part describes a specific implementation project, highlights possible failures and finds possible options to avoid them.

Mortgage Policy in Czech Republic in the Time of Financial Crisis (2007 - 2012) and its Perspectives

The main goal of this work is to analyze progression of mortgages in Czech Republic at start and process of financial crisis, from the first half of the year 2007 till now. The work contains not only the basic informations of mortgages, but it also includes the list of two sections of criteria. The first section is about, what parameters banks demand of their clients and the second one is about, what the main reasons of client are in the choosing of their required banking-house. Development of these criteria in the period of financial crisis is analyzed in the second part of the work. In this part, there are described changes during the financial crisis and comparison with other countries. At the conclusion, the work evaluates present situation at financial market, how it change during the financial crisis and view into the future.

From the sickle with a hammer to the oak. The role of the ideological currents within the Italian Communist Party in the process of its transformation

The thesis From the sickle and hammer to the oak. The role of the opinion currents in the Italian Communist Party during the transformation process deals with the transformation of the Italian Communist Party (Partito Comunista Italiano, PCI) into the post-communist Democratic Party of the Left (Partito Democratico della Sinistra, PDS) and with the role which the intraparty opinion currents played in this process. It will be evaluated their influence on the very own process of the party transformation and their key role in influencing the membership base. The thesis will also focus on analysing of political behavior of the actors on the middle level of decision-making in the party (secretaries of local sections, bosses of trade unions, local and regional politicians) in the light of precipitous events of the examined period. It will be also mentioned the external factors which influenced actions of single groups and how these groups responded to the new challenges in front of which were put almost ad hoc. Subject of this work is defined by the open outbreak of the intraparty crisis during the succession of Achille Occhetto to the post of the secretary general in 1988 and by the parliamentary elections in 1994 in which the party entered fully prepared after the complete conversion and nevertheless...

OPEC and its politics during the first oil crisis

First oil crisis played an important role in shaping of world economy. Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries played great role in this process. This paper deals with political and economical background of the time period prior to oil crisis, in front all with situation in the USA and Middle East. Oil market analysis, especially focused on the influence of group known as Seven sisters and its struggle with OPEC, can bring us many answers to questions about rising of the oil crisis. Important part of the paper is an analysis of impact of OPEC's behavior to world economy in the 70's. This behavior led to rise of several situations and to a formation of oil market as we know it today.

Personnel Selection Procedure

The thesis deals with the analysis of the component parts of the selection procedure for the middle and lower levels of management, such as psychodiagnostic methods and assessment centre. It describes and analyses their implementation in one branch of the multinational company in the Czech Republic. The company specialises in the wholesale trade of goods, being it food or non-food products. The first part of the thesis is aimed at theoretical notions and principles of the selection procedure. The main stress is put on the importance of individual forms of the selection procedure and the choice of selection methods. The practical part is concentrated on the introduction of the company, further on practical steps of the selection procedure in the company with enumerating concrete data, comparative graphs and outputs from the selection procedure. The evaluation test methods for lower and middle levels of management are elaborated in great detail there.

Czech households saving rate and its use on the capital market.

The main question this master thesis wants to answer is how much from their disposable income the Czech households save and how do they use their savings on the capital market. The thesis analyse situation and trend of the Czech households saving rate, changings of the marginal saving rate and checks in which financial instruments the Czech households alocate their savings. The thesis also focus on comparison of the Czech households data with the foreign households especially with the German, the Belgium and the Britain households as well as with Visegrád group households. Middle part of the thesis contains a forecast of future progress, which is compared with the similar forecast from year 2006, as well as the relationship of the government and the household's savings rate and possibilities and impacts of its regulation.The thesis is finished with the conclusion which summarize the most important results.

Games and game instruments. A contribution to the studies of free time in the middle ages

Hry tvoří nedílnou součást života člověka. Provázejí člověka prakticky po celou dobu jeho existence. Přitom se nejedná o jev bytostně lidský. Hrají si i zvířata a z tohoto hlediska by se jevila dokonce starší než kultura. Tento aspekt hry rozvinul zejména kulturní antropolog Johan Huizinga. Jeho dílo Horno ludens je dodnes často citováno, i když někteří Huizingovi následovníci je již považují z velké části za překonané. Ať už je původ hry jakýkoliv zůstává faktem že hra provází člověka celou jeho historií a právě člověk ji dokázal rozvinout do nepřebemého množství druhů a variant. Jedním z odvětví, které vykrystalizovaly během tisíciletého vývoje,jsou i deskové hry, které tvoří hlavní náplň této práce. Pro badatele v historických a společenských vědách je výzkum her jednou ze součástí celkového výzkumu poznání člověka a jeho kultury, a to jak v minulosti, tak i v současnosti. Česká literatura Je dosud velmi chudá na práce věnované deskovým hrám. Po průkopnických pracích Zíbrtových (Zíbrt 1888 a 1889) a několika článcích v různých periodikách jsou to do dnešní doby pouze knihy Miloše Zapletala, které však nesledují prioritně aspekt historický ani archeologický, ale jsou určeny nejširší čtenářské obci.
