Alfréd Radok's adaptations for the "laterna magika" principle

Czech theater director Alfred Radok (1914-1976) was always temped by confronting several layers of meaning in one single work of art. On theater he used different scenic spaces at once - in e.g. his production of Offenbach's opera Hoffman's Tales (Velka opera 5. kvetna IThe Great May 5th Opera/, 1946) he combined two spaces which symbolized the two worlds of Hoffman's fantasy. The true character of these worlds was not only formed by the stage design but also by acting. When transiting from one space to the other the actors changed their gestures, their body language, the way they walked, etc. A similar principle was applied in Verdi's Rigoletto (Velka opera 5. kvetna IThe Great May 5th Operal, 1947). In this production the singers were moving inbetween two different worlds - one being represented by a ceremonial opening night of this performance in Teatro La Fenice, while the second by the theater backstage which unveiled the reverse side of fame (scene-shifters were preparing the change of the upcoming scene, one singer was flirting around with the dancers, prop-woman was knitting etc.). This specific technique of totally diverse realities medley became the basis for Radok's film debut Daleka cesta IFar Away Journey/ (1949). The position of indicative and conjunctive in contemporary Italian

Cílem této práce bylo sledování role konjunktivu v současné italštině, zejména pak jeho pozice vedle hojně užívaného indikativu. Zvolený postup vychází z výčtu situací, kdy k užití daných slovesných způsobů pohledem lingvistů obvykle dochází. Výzkum je podrobně zaměřen na užití konjunktivu a indikativu ve vedlejších větách; to je dokládáno na příkladech ze současného italského tisku, zprostředkovaných velmi bohatými jazykovými korpusy Boloňské univerzity, pro tento účel nemálo přínosnými a poměrně snadno zpracovatelnými. Tato práce se dále opírá o studii Stefana Schneidera fl congiuntivo tra modalita e subordinazione, jež srovnává poměr užití konjunktivu a indikativu v mluvené a psané italštině. S. Schneider sleduje rozdílná užití slovesných modů v kombinaci s různými slovními druhy - se slovesy vyjadřujícími pochybnost či souhlas nebo se slovesy, podstatnými a přídavnými jmény, která představují určité hodnocení. Dalším nezanedbatelným faktorem ovlivňujícím volbu určitého slovesného způsobu, zmiňovaným v této práci, je modalita; její úloha je sledována na práci PhDr. Bohumila Zavadila. Informative society and psychology

Mankind today seems to find itself in new era in context of information technologies. Following the era of industrial revolution with its stress on "the more is, the better is", now the subtle, complex and multi-meaningful era of information technologies seems to take over. We seem to see general increase of stress on cognitive actions of mental modelling, requiring some cognitive competence, like ability to deal with symbols. lntellective skills are not equally distributed in population, and having said that we can see there is a space for new hierarchies. Digital information processing seems to be more detached from direct sensory feelings. The experience is thus not any more gained by repeated exposure to known sensory-physical procedures, but it is gained by own private ideation and by symbolic action of mind. These kinds of thoughts bring with them number of philosophical and ethical questions, requiring to redefine for example What is the nature of human. ls it, that by developing new tools ba sed on electronic technologies, which can exceed traditional natural means, mankind is creating new world of such complex way, that it will have difficulties to deal with it?

Activating methods as the means of education

Garaduation theses is focused on problems ofthe activating methods, relating to the operating methods with texts and informations. Use the mentioned education methods at the secondary school is the fundamental item. Graduation theses consists of two consequential parts. First part is engaged in theoretical knowledge and contains a general definition of education methods, as the part of system of a basis didactic category and a characterization of more or less frequented education methods relating to the item. Education methods have connection with secodary school student personality. Election ofthe education methods in this text, have connection with specificity of a pedagogical interaction at the secondary school. Second part pays attention to research, which objective is to chart the use of operating methods at the secondary shool education. Research is framed in connection with this promlems by use of two explorational techniques. Results of the research arecompiled to the tables, lists of observation are incorporated.

The Honzak's sisters: the family background of the first university female students

V úvodu své práce jsem si jako hlavní cíl vytyčila sledování osudů konkrétní rodiny, a to v kontextu vzpomínek jednoho z jejích členů - Albíny Honzákové. Metodou komparace několika pramenů stejného charakteru a na základě odborné literatury jsem se snažila vysledovat, do jaké míry Honzákovi naplňovali obecnou představu o rodině české inteligence v rámci středních vrstev v období 2. poloviny 19. století. V souvislosti s chronologickým členěním Pamětí jsem se také v druhé části své práce podrobněji zaměřila na otázku vzdělávání žen v Českých zemích na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Vzhledem k souboru využitých pramenů a dalších materiálů je dle mého názoru možné provést na tomto místě shrnující interpretaci a předložit některé závěry, ke kterým jsem v rámci vymezených témat dospěla. Jak jsem se pokusila v textu své bakalářské práce naznačit, podstatnou roli při utváření osudů potomků hrálo v minulosti (bezesporu ve větší míře než v dnešní době) rodinné zázemí, které bylo v případě dětí Honzákových více než optimální. Jejich rodiče se v souladu se vzory a cíli chování příslušníků své společenské vrstvy přičinili o relativní blahobyt a váženost rodiny, čemuž také odpovídala adekvátní společenská reprezentace a určitý životní standard. Overview of the basic deficiencies and causes for information loss at wrong eavesdropping within the frame of verbal communication

Ústředním tématem této bakalářské práce je ztráta informací během mluvené komunikace. Úvodní kapitola se zaměřuje na informaci, na jejímž přenosu je celá komunikace založena. V dalších kapitolách se práce zabývá komunikací na obecné rovině, komunikačním procesem a aktéry, kteří se komunikačního procesu účastní. Důraz je dále kladen na verbální komunikaci, jakožto sice menšinovou část celé komunikace, ale s ohledem na výběr tématu. Poslední kapitola práce je věnována procesu naslouchání. Závěrem je shrnutí příčin ztrát informací během naslouchání při verbální komunikaci, které lze vyčíst z předchozích kapitol, a soupis technik aktivního naslouchání, které nám pomůže ztráty informací během naslouchání omezit.

Hybrid zone of the fire-bellied toads Bombina bombina and B. variegata in southern Bohemia

In this paper I focused on the examination of chosen localities inside the hybrid zone of the fire-bellied toads, where the occurrence of these species and their hybrids was confirmed in previous research. The goal is to follow the development of these habitats, suitable for the presence of a threatened species, and trends in quantities of these toads. Another aim was to calculate the hybrid index of each individual based on the ventral spots and so to classify the populations on each locality according to species.

Legislation of farmers register

The main goal of Master thesis Legislation of farmers register is to evaluate applicable legislations, which relate to farming business conditions based on Act no. 252/1997 Sb. About farming as amended, and related legislation. Theoretical part of this thesis deals with farming business terms interpretation that is specified by farming law and general legislation. This part also deals with condition for starting a business in farming, comparison with the legislation of the trade and administrative agenda evidence of agricultural entrepreneurs. It summarizes conditions for getting grant to farmers.
The practical part describes influence of computerization of government on agenda performance of agricultural businessmen and analyse application practice of Trade Licensing Department with this agenda.
Tracked administrative tasks are complete with interview with workers of Trade Licensing Department and National agricultural intervention fund. The farmer was interviewed to comparison of findings from administrative office with business environment. The time series of the numbers of agricultural entrepreneurs is analysed in statistical data processing.
The actions are proposed based on evaluations of findings, that reduce the administrative burden on agricultural entrepreneurs.

The mixed-use building near meanders of the Lučina river

Subject of this final thesis is to develop project documents of a new mixed-use building in Havířov. The building has three floors and basement car park. On the first floor there is a café and shops. On the second and third floor there are office spaces. Structural sytem of building is cast-in-place concrete frame. Exterior building envelope is made of sand-lime bricks with ventilated facade with thermal insulation of mineral wool insulation. The roof of the building is designed as a non-walkable warm flat roof.

Study of Hydration Process of Anhydrite Binders

The presented work deals with the study of hydration processes anhydrite binders with external exciters. Work is divided into two parts. Conceptually is this work divided into two parts The theoretical part of study contains general theory of gypsum binders, anhydrite binders and research at the institude THD. In the experimental part deals with proposal of recipes, making of samples and subsequent determination of main technological tests and monitoring hydration process by the XRD and DTA analysis.
