The Bachelor's Thesis focused on financial analysis of Měšťanský pivovar Havlíčkův Brod a.s. company. The goal of the Bachelor's Thesis is to evoluate financial situation of this company using appropriate methods and indicators between years 2008 -- 2013. Then use those data to draw conclusions about company financial management and financial health compared to sector competitors. In theoretical part method of calculation of indicators and models used are described. And those are subsequently used for the practical part - the financial analysis of the company. Specifically, vertical and horizontal analysis, balance sheet rules, absolute indicators, ratio indicators, bankruptcy and credibility models and two methods of intercompany comparison.

The financial analysis of Kofola a.s.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate financial situation of company Kofola a.s. and its development in the years 2009 to 2013 on the basis of financial analysis, to interpret its results, to find out the causes of these results and suggest eventual recommendations for improvement in financial performance of the company. The work is divided into two main parts. Basic terms related to the financial analysis and methods used in the analytic part are described in the first part. The second part consists of presentation of analyzed company Kofola a.s., afterwards there are presented results of calculations and their explanation along with comments. The work is finished with the evaluation of the overall situation and summary of findings.

Evaluation and forecast of the economic development of the company Lucid s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to do the comprehensive economic analysis of the manufacturing company Lucid s.r.o. from the perspective of the external user. The economic analysis is covering years from 2009 to 2013. This thesis is devided in two parts -- theoretical and practical part. The methodological apparatus will be described in the theoretical part and all of the necessary calculations will be done in the practical part. DuPont decomposition of ROE indicator, ratios, horizontal and vertical analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models and EVA will be used in this thesis. Conclusions of this thesis are to evaluate the obtained results of all of the used indicators and company's inclusion into the bankruptcy or financial credibility of the company and following recommandations will be aplly on the current financial situation to be improved.

The content of this thesis is the evaluation of development and current state of the financial health of the company Conteg, spol. s.r.o. which has been gained by way of the selected financial analysis tools. Afterwards, this thesis engages in the comparison with the competitor company Triton Pardubice, spol. s.r.o. and as well as with average values in this branch (sector). In addition to that one of the result of this thesis are the recommendations of the possible improvement of the financial situation and the increase of competitiveness. The thesis itself is divided into two main parts. The first one occupies of the theoretical framework and the second one puts the described knowledge into practice.

Firstly, the aim of this thesis is to summarize the most important differences between Czech accounting legislation and the International Financial Reporting Standards. Moreover, there are processed the methods of business financial analysis. In the section of practical application the indicators and indexes of financial analysis are calculated and explained and evaluated. At the end of the thesis all the information given in the text are synthesized and the probable influence of using International Financial Reporting Standards on financial analysis is explained.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis titled "Financial analysis of Krakonoš spol. s r.o." is to assess financial health of the company during 2006 to 2010 by using a number of financial-analysis tools. These include analysis of absolute indicators, including vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements, or quantification of Net working capital. Next there were analyzed indicators of profitability, activity, leverage and liquidity, or calculated Economic added value. There's not missing also bankruptcy and credibility models and comparison with the branch. As a result of this analysis is the fact, that the company is using very conservative management strategy. Therefore, the company's business is very little risk and the company is operating properly and safely. On the other hand, the company is not able to utilized enough its assets and therefore it should try to catch up in this count branch rivals.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company FORD MOTOR COMPANY, s. r. o. by using financial analysis and finding how much the company was influenced by the financial crisis. The whole work is divided into three sections. The first section is named methodical and this part is focused on the explanation of the subject, purpose, sources and the methods of the financial analysis. In the second part is introduced the company and the information about development and situation on the market. In the third part we can find the practical financial analysis for the last three years including ratio indicators, horizontal and vertical analysis and bankruptcy and credibility models. In conclusion are summarized finding of the whole work and there is estimation when the company was the most influenced by the crisis.

The Bachelor's Thesis engages in financial analysis of company Tchibo Praha, s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company in period of years 2005--2010. For this analysis are used the basic methods of the financial analysis, such as the horizontal and vertical analysis, an indicator of the net working capital, ratio analysis, pyramidal decomposition of ROE and bankruptcy and credibility models. In conclusion author summarizes results of the financial analysis, formulates the recommendation and estimates the future development.

The main objective of my graduation theses is to analyze the financial and economic situation of Aero Vodochody Corporation between 2005 and 2009. Another goal is to review the entrance of the strategic owner into Corporation in 2007 including its steps taken during the restructuring of the company. I am focusing on the theoretical fundamentals of my financial analysis and its defined basics of method in the first part of my theses. Those are applied in second part of theses. Results of economics situation of corporation is summarized in conclusion of this theses.
