Cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem "Finanční analýza společnosti Krakonoš spol. s r.o." je posoudit finanční zdraví podniku v letech 2006 až 2010 pomocí aplikace řady finančně-analytických nástrojů. Mezi ně patří analýza absolutních ukazatelů, zahrnující vertikální a horizontální analýzu účetních výkazů, nebo vyčíslení čistého pracovního kapitálu. Dále byly analyzovány ukazatele rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti a likvidity a vypočtena ekonomická přidaná hodnota. Nechybí ani aplikace bonitních a bankrotních modelů a srovnání podniku s odvětvím. Výsledkem této analýzy je fakt, že podnik používá velmi konzervativní strategii řízení. Proto je podnikání společnosti velmi málo rizikové a firma bezpečně funguje. Na druhou stranu se mu nedaří dostatečně využít svá aktiva a měl by se v tomto ohledu pokusit dohnat svou konkurenci z odvětví. The aim of this bachelor's thesis titled "Financial analysis of Krakonoš spol. s r.o." is to assess financial health of the company during 2006 to 2010 by using a number of financial-analysis tools. These include analysis of absolute indicators, including vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements, or quantification of Net working capital. Next there were analyzed indicators of profitability, activity, leverage and liquidity, or calculated Economic added value. There's not missing also bankruptcy and credibility models and comparison with the branch. As a result of this analysis is the fact, that the company is using very conservative management strategy. Therefore, the company's business is very little risk and the company is operating properly and safely. On the other hand, the company is not able to utilized enough its assets and therefore it should try to catch up in this count branch rivals.
