Eating habits of Primary School Pupils in the Region Písek
MOUDRÁ, Táňa
The main objective of this bachelor thesis was the exploration of the primary school pupils' eating habits. The first task was to review the available sources and definite the basic terms. This task is treated in the theoretical part of the thesis. The following step was the selection of convenient primary schools and the particular research. I also had to write a letter for the children's parents because they had to approve the research. It was necessary to reduce and evaluate the reports. Some of them were useful for the research. The correctly completed forms with three-day records were evaluated into the electronic tables by the nutrition program available at the website www.flora.cz. I was primary interested in the energy intake of he researched group and in its macronutrients intake. The collected data were processed in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part contains for example the comparing of the researched schools. It compares the energy entry in the labour days and at the weekends. There also can be found the summary of the most often consumed drinks and meals. According to my opinion this thesis could be useful in the process of the menus set-up and its modifications.

Topologies defined using ideals
Dvořáková, Karolína ; Kalenda, Ondřej (advisor) ; Murtinová, Eva (referee)
In this thesis we study the topologies formed by a modification of some given topology using ideals - we focus on localizable and strongly localizable ideals. In the first chapter we use a certain set mapping to define ideal topology, then we show its relation to the initial topology. Next we investigate what properties the elements of ideal obtains in the new topology, for example on certain conditions the ideal becomes exactly the set of all nowhere dense sets in the ideal topology. Finally, we show when the new topology is regular and formulate necessary and sufficient conditions for a set with ideal topology to be a Baire space. In the second chapter we apply the results on concrete examples of ideals and topologies defined by them.

Development and validation of HPLC method for the determination of ketoprofen in suppositories
Zahálka, Lukáš ; Matysová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Chocholoušová Havlíková, Lucie (referee)
Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Analytical Chemistry Candidate: Lukáš Zahálka Supervisor: PharmDr. Ludmila Matysová, Ph.D. Title of Diploma Thesis: Development and validation of HPLC method for the determination of ketoprofen in suppositories The purposes of diploma thesis were development and validation of HPLC method for the determination of ketoprofen in Ketonal® 100 mg suppositories. Ketoprofen belongs to NSAID and it is used for symptomatic therapy of inflammatory, degenerative and metabolic rheumatic diseases and for palliative therapy of some urgent or chronic painful syndromes. During development of determination of ketoprofen in suppositories were used two methods, which were developed at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové. Method for determination of diclofenac in suppositories was default for sample preparation and method of HPLC determination of ketoprofen, methylparaben and propylparaben in gel was basic for conditions of HPLC analysis. Development of method consisted in modification of origin sample preparation method; chromatographic conditions have not been changed. During the experimental work was found to determine what influence has the various steps of sample preparation and extraction temperature. The time of extraction...

Application of programmable logical fields by the construction of microcomputer
Kostka, František
The contribution deals with the microcomputer signals modification by programmable logical field. In one regime, the microcomputer operates in the standard mode, reading instructions from the program's external memory; the second regime is programming, whereby it selfprogrammes its own program memory from a file stored in the PCMCIA memory card.

OWL Editor
Gajdoš, Michal ; Eckhardt, Alan (referee) ; Nečaský, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes usage and development of the Growler software project. The Growler programme is a graphical editor of ontologies written in the OWL language, which belongs to the (group of) semantic web formats. The editor is capable of reading, modifying and saving documents in the OWL format. The Growler allows designing of ontologies in a visual and a non-visual mode and modification of special elements that exist in the RDF/XML syntax. Users are free to switch between the individual modes. The visualisation displays resources together with their assigned properties. Displayed resources can be directly edited. Besides graphical editation the Growler contains a set of forms designed for non-visual modification of classes, properties and individuals. Resources in the form editor are represented using a hierarchically ordered tree. A user works with the application on a project level, into which ontology documents are inserted. Simultaneously there is a possibility of importing an external ontology into a project, based on a given URI. The Growler is developed and distributed as a plugin for the Eclipse platform.

Women Status and their Discrimination
PEŠKOVÁ, Pavlína
My work deal with women status and their discrimination. Chapter one contains women status in different historical periods and development of their status to bigger equal with men. There is also written about present feminist trends. Chapter two is about women discrimination. There is about women´ job discrimination, job segregation according to gender and inequality in payment. There is also written about women status at home and unequal duties at home among family mates. Chapter three is about equal chances of men and women, their legal arrangement and different possibilities of their uses. In the third chapter, there is also written how to resist as victim of job discrimination. You can also read about possibilities of troubleshooting of unequal men and women status according to gender stereotypes in upbringing, especially better family and job harmonization whereby different steps from employers as well from state.

Study of radiolabelling of hyaluronic acid by oxidative iodination
Dvořáčková, Eliška ; Lázníčková, Alice (advisor) ; Kubíček, Vladimír (referee)
Study of radiolabelling of hyaluronic acid by oxidative iodination Diploma paper Eliška Dvořáčková 2009 Charles University in Prague, Pharmaceutical Faculty in Hradec Králové Department of biophysics and physical chemistry In the frame of this work the literature describing characteristics and possible applications of hyaluronic acid and methods of radiolabelling of compounds with a view to the radioiodination was read up. In experimental part of the task two methods of oxidative iodination of hyaluronic acid modified by tyramine with the lowest degree of modification ( HA - TM - 1 ) was examined. Chloramine method, used as first one, turned out ineligible as due to presence of oxidative agent in the phase with hyaluronic acid a partial degradation of the sequence occurred. Another method of iodination with the use of iodogen is heterogenous reaction, oxidative agent is present as an insoluble deposit on the walls of the reaction vial. This method of radiolabelling was more moderate to hyaluronic acid. The reaction was interrupted by applying the reaction system on the column with Sephadex G - 50 wherby the labelled compound was separated from the aggressive reactive environment. It turned out that this way of refinement of the labelled product does not eliminate the rests of the radioactive iodide....

Evaluation of Eduction on Basic and Secondary Schools
Kindl, Lukáš ; Kratochvílová, Věra (referee) ; Vasileská, Marie (advisor)
As of January 1st, 2006, based on the law 561/2004 Coll., the Ministry of Schools, Youth and Physical Education founded an independent institution called "Center for educational results appreciation" (abbreviated as CERMAT). The Center concentrates on solving several key issues related to the need to ensure easy to understand, comprehensive and mutually measurable educational results. Leaving aside the issue of state coordinated secondary school leaving examination, evaluation and auto-evaluation of schools stands out as equally important area of interest. This area is being worked out within the system project KVALITA I under European Social Fund (ESF). The aim of the project is to gradually develop new system for monitoring and evaluating results of primary and secondary education. The thesis deals with creation of tools (in the form of achievement tests) aimed at evaluation and auto-evaluation of educational results reached in science topics, namely in chemistry. Preparatory and submission phases were followed by didactic analysis of statistical data obtained through pilot survey using two sets of tasks (each in two modifications), namely "Chemistry basics" and "Critical reading focused on healthy diet and regime". Based on proposed changes the tasks were adopted and tests were created to measure the...

Inmate women´s attitude towards literature, reading and books
KADLECOVÁ, Kateřina
This thesis deals with convicted women´s attitude towards books, reading and literature. The goal of this thesis was to find out what kind of relation have chosen inmate women in prison in Světlá nad Sázavou towards literature and books. We also asked and responded the question, if insufficient or missing reading habits could be predictable factor of criminal behavior, because we think that insufficient reading habits and possibility to commit a crime could be somehow connected.

The church in Lesna
Pospíšil, Vojtěch ; Berka, Pavel (referee) ; Berková, Petra (advisor)
This theoretical diploma thesis deals with room acoustics and the closely related issue of reverberation. Part of the work is a drafting of acoustic modifications of the church based on manual calculation, which was further modified in a specialized software Odeon Room Acoustics Program. For the surrounding buildings of the church was created a study of the noise in a program Hluk+ in order to assess what will be the noise impact of this new building on its surroundings. On the basis of specialization was created several proposals for the design of the church. The approximate proposal of the double-plated dome, a system of drainage of the coupling neck, and the ways the anchor of the hard large-format window glazing. The result of the work is suitable design of acoustic adjustments and improvement of the listening qualities for the future construction of this church.
