Diagnosis of selected pre-concepts of technical education within the pupils of the 4th and 5th class at a primary school

The thesis is focused on diagnosing selected pre-concepts (raw materials, plasticines, textile materials, energy, technology) within the pupils of the 4th and 5th class at a primary school and it is trying to propose a new teaching strategy of Practical skills so the teaching can get more effective. The theoretical part is focused on education, different types of learning methods, teacher{\crq}s role, pre-concept characteristics and diagnosis of those pre-concepts in the Framing educational program. In the practical part there are results of the research and its conclusions.

Automated firmware upload of many AVR microcontrollers over SPI bus

The aim of this work is to construct a circuit for automated programming more microcontrollers Atmel AVR through the SPI bus and to devise and execute demonstration plant that will be able to automate this task, at least partially, therefore, ideally without human intervention, one programmer to load the firmware into more microcontrollers. The theoretical part describes the components that are used in the work, the description of their functionality and usability. For switching between microcontrollers we have a choice of two options. The first option is monitoring of the signal "reset", which is a simpler variant of SPI, or decoding the Atmel instructions. Thanks to the simplicity and practicality of the work will be used to monitoring of the signal of the "reset". For a better understanding in the work described how the whole problem will be work. They will describe each of the steps and for better orientation will be the block diagram too, which represents the most important part of the work. The practical part focuses on the practical testing of the proposed solution. In order to monitor the signal of the "reset" first we have to coordinate asynchronous counter with signal "reset" it to properly reply to a downward edge. Next we bring from the asynchronous counter BCD code with which the decoder switches to each of the microcontrollers using the switching transistors and then they are gradually programmed. Work will be used the programmer AVR Dragon, for which it will be used by the batch file for atprogram.exe, which is a standard part of Atmel Studio 6. In the work will be at least a partial test of the proposed problem to contact layer the field.

Analysis of the organizational culture SEAFOOD s.r.o.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the organizational culture of the company SEAFOOD Ltd. and propose a set of measures which would contribute to strengthening the organizational culture of the company. Before starting the research the theoretical materials were investigated and hypotheses were set. The main theoretical basis in this thesis is the theory of E.H. Schein. During the work there were discussed as positive impacts of the organizational culture, as well as its restrictive side. In this work was also mentioned the issue of connection between the individual characteristics and qualities of the individual and his working career. After carrying out research, which consisted of writing surveys filled by company employees, guided interviews with some managers and observations, the conclusion about the current level, the problems and the strong sides of the organizational culture SEAFOOD Ltd. was made. After the conclusion there was suggested a set of actions which should lead to the strengthening of the organizational culture of the company and contribute to a higher level of identification of the company's employees with SEAFOOD Ltd.

Labour market policy in the Central Bohemia Region

In recent months, many developed economies has faced a sharp increase in unemployment. Such a massive rise always brings numerous adverse consequences for the society. In the first part of my bachelor thesis, I clarify the labour market functioning, then I explain the causes of unemployment in the Central Bohemia Region and try to find a solution to each type of unemployment in this region. The main objective of my work was to find a set of tools which would lead to a sustainable improvement in the central-Bohemian labour market.

Project management in culture: the international exhibition

The topic of the thesis is project management in the cultural organizations. The general levels of this topic are desribed in the theoretical part. This part analysis the sphere of the contemporary Czech cultural institutions, their cooperation and their position between the traditional roles and the modern management. Specific aspects of the project management for the exhibition project are also described. The aim of the analytical part is to describe and analyse the concrete project of the exhibition "Tschechische Fotografie des 20. Jahrhunderts" (Czech Photography of 20th Century) in Bonn (organised in the international cooperation of two different cultural organizations), to analyse the project processes, strenghts and risks and to give some recommendations to the project. The key topic for all these aspects is the coordination or synchronisation of the organizators and the positive aspects and complications of this cooperation.

Additional Education of Teachers and Preparation to New School-leaving Exam

A successful course of lifelong education of all pedagogical workers, including chemistry teachers, is part of necessary background for implementing changes concerning our contemporary education system (the educating reform, general educating programs, a creation of a unified system of evaluation and so forth). The need for further education is caused both by new professional and didactic approaches within the particular school subject and by a quick development of new information technologies. Besides the most common forms of further education such as courses, seminars, laboratory practices, field trips, educational programs and further professional studies at universities, there are also teachers' exchange stays and activities based on a cooperation among schools within the framework of systemic projects of European structural funds. The thesis discusses one of the newest forms of further education, e-learning. Its goal is to outline a scenario for the preparation of a basic distance e-learning education of chemistry teachers. The theme was chosen in regard to the important area of evaluation and autoevaluation of education results, and it is approached from the viewpoints of the school and the student. Title: Marketing communication of the International Mountaineering Film Festival (IMFF) Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to propose new methods in particular parts of the marketing communication mix which could be more efficient and effective for the International Mountaineering Film Festival. Existing channels and forms of marketing communication of the event, which will be discussed in detail in the analytical part, will help to create an overview of these proposals. Methods: There will be used a descriptive case study for analysis of current marketing communication and SWOT analysis for an overview of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Marketing research will be made through interviews. Results: The proposal of a new marketing communication of MHFF for years 2012 - 2014 will be the result of this thesis. The proposal will include the appropriate combination of individual tools of communication mix, along with media and sponsorship opportunities. This proposal will be presented to the organizing team of MHFF as an inspiration to streamline the existing communication. Probation and mediation in criminal justice from sociopedagogical standpoint

The aim of rigorous thesis called Probation and mediation in criminal justice from socio-pedagogical standpoint is (on theoretical bases of the area of the causation of youth delinquency, laws and methodic of Probe and Mediation service) to describe areas which the probation worker who works with youth must know, to project relevant work-methods with these specific clients and to try to analyze and evaluate (based on own research) the efficiency of probation workers. The thesis concerns relevant laws, specifically Zákon o odpovědnosti mládeže za protiprávní činy a o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže (218/2003 Sb.) and Zákon o Probační a mediační službě (257/2000 Sb.). In the last chapter there is presented the analytical research based on the real client data from Probe and Mediation service in the Czech Republic, which investigates links between criminal behavior of individuals and their characteristics. Results of the research are confronted with available general statistics for the Czech Republic and the problem of measuring social benefits from PMS is discussed.
