Qualification Prerequisities of Submitters of Public Orders on Construction Works

The master’s thesis is about qualification prerequisities of submitter of public orders on construction works. The first four theoretic chapters discuss the submitters and kinds of public contract. There are analyzed particular selection procedures including open simplified underlimited procedure and small-range contracts, which are related to the second part of the master’s thesis. After that there is presented practical part. The main point of this work is to determine which of the qualification prerequisities are for submitter of public orders the most important. Consequently there is recommended which of the qualification prerequisities is convenient to use. The master’s thesis inculdes prices‘ development of public contracts on construction works in the sphere of traffic in years 2009 – 2011.

The subject of this thesis is to selection of optimal variant of financing the investment engineering characters. The theoretical part is focused on the possibilities of investment financing in the public sector, the issue of public procurement, risks arising from the financing of public procurement and state engineering in the south and west Bohemia. The benefit of the practical part will specifically identify funding options researched the project and recommend the optimal variant of its financing.

Analysis of public procurement in chosen town

The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to analysis of public procurement in Trebon. Firstly, the issue of public procurement in the Czech Republic is explained from the legal and economic perspective. The next chapter focuses on the budget of Trebon. In the third chapter, the analysis of public procurement is made and finally in the last chapter, the results are compared to the data about public procurement in the Czech Republic which have been analysed in the first chapter.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the use of electronic auction as a method for selection of the best offer from the perspective of the public contracting authority. The main object of this thesis is based on the fact define positives and negatives of the e-auction and formulate suggestions for the public contracting authority. In the first part of this thesis are explained key terms about e-auction, particularly in relation to public contract. In the next part is an analysis of e-auction realized of the town Tišnov. The other part deals with towns which do not use the e-auction. Following the established facts the SWOT analysis is drew up. Outputs from the analysis are supplement by comments and recommendations

Aplikace zákona o veřejných zakázkách v praxi

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem veřejných zakázek, především aplikací zákona v praxi. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy používané v zákoně. V analytické části jsem se věnovala problematickým místům zákona, jako např. zjednodušené podlimitní řízení, čtení nabídkových cen při otevírání nabídek, podání více nabídek, prokázání kvalifikace prostřednictvím subdodavatele a dalším.
