Customer Satisfaction Analysis and Recomentadions for its Improvement

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze the customer satisfaction with services and products the company Agrotec a.s - agricultural division and propose the processes and instructions for its improvement, including financial, organizational and conductive aspects. The theoretical part is focused on costumer, his development from the first purchase, fulfilling his needs, his satisfaction and the methods for its evaluation. The practical part is describing company; where, in which way and with what results was the costumer satisfaction survey made. These indicators are shown in tables and graphs. Further the thesis continues by final evaluation of the costumer satisfaction survey and finishes by improvement proposals chapter.
Market position of a private label

The work deals with how costumers perceive the position of private labels in the selected retail chain on the Czech market, whether they are interested in these products and to propose possible solutions and recommendations for the development of private brands. The first part of the work is about the problems of private labels and is contained from the basic characteristics of private brands, classification of private labels, management strategy and position of private labels in the Czech Republic and the world. In the second part of this work is about questionnaire survey of customers and proposal possible solutions for the development of private brands based on questionnaire survey. The work also includes a questionnaire as an attachment.
Evaluation of the Services Delivered in the Retail Shops

This thesis is focused on evaluation of the service quality in selected retail outlets or shops. The main goal of this thesis was to evaluate the level of customer service while engaged in the transaction of selling pre-selected goods in selected retail outlets. Based on the results of this evaluation, a sub-goal of this thesis was to either validate or to disprove the given hypotheses. As an introduction I define basic terms of service quality, customer satisfaction with a service, marketing Research and mystery shopping. . After depicting the basic theoretical principles of mystery shopping, I moved on to the practical (hands-on) portion of my thesis where I evaluate retail outlets for pre-selected company. Evaluation is carried out by using mystery shopping. After conclusion of mystery shopping, the data was analyzed and synthesized, which allowed me to evaluate the results and draw appropriate conclusions, proposal and recommendation to the pre-selected company.
Establishing elektronical shop like a enhacement of classical shop

This diploma thesis concerns with electronic business. The technology of the trade, the internet and it's services and the history is described in the first chapter. Next chapter concerns with the general theoretical issues of electronic business. Defines relationships of particular subjects, such as client, seller or government service that appear in the terms and conditions of electronic business. Then describes the general model of electronic business. The third chapter is dedicated to general approach to creation of the electronic shop project. The fourth and the last chapter describes the project of implementation of the electronic shop to the company M&N in detail, from setting goals, evaluating expenses, to actual creation of the electronic market as a enhacement to existing store. At last there is the contract between M&N and the software development company that will create the internet application in the attachement of the thesis.
The influence in the operative procedure

This essay is focused on examining of the influence of global mass media on people´s lifestyle and shopping behaviour of consumers. It desribes the problems of how today?s people percieve advertising and what they think of it. It also evaluates the pros and cons of advertising messages. The marketing communication, media and influence of advertising on people´s lifestyle and their decisions are the next important parts of this work. This part also observes the effectiveness of advertising and it´s close links with psychology. The paper also suggests the direction the advertising should take and it also discusses some of the things that should be avoided in advertising. The advertisement became an inseperable part of everyday life. What kind of attitude towards the advertising they create and how much they let influence themselves by it depends solely on each and every single person. This issue would need a further and deeper study in order to provide the necessary information not only for the creators of advertising.
Logistic management of transportation in a chosen manufakturing company

The aim of the work with subject Logistical management of transport of the chosen company is making of suggestion of better solution to the system of sale and transportation from the manufactory to the customer. The chosen company deals with woodworking and production of wooden products. The introductory literature search interprets the single logistical concepts and it introduces us this work. Next comes the characteristics of the chosen company, its{\crq} history and structure. Following chapter describes the production process and products which are produced by the company. In further part I{\crq}m concerned with analysis of present condition of the sale which is realized by company stores to the customer, and with system of supply and transportation to the links of this distribution chain. The final part of this work presents proposed changes in solution of this system and information how could this system function.
