Centrifugal bucket hoist
Kotačka, Petr ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Jonák, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with bucket elevator design for transport of dry, loose and non abrasive materials according to given parameters. In the introductory chapter a short search describes the concept of suggested solution. Functional calculation, designs and checks of individual proposed equipment elements are stated in the other chapters. In the design requirements for centrifugal bucket discharge as well as miscellaneous way of filling are preferred. Appropriate drawing documentation is enclosed with this thesis.
Tilting head for mini excavators
Zámečník, Stanislav ; Sojka, Michal (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the structural design of the tilting hitch intended for mini-excavators. This thesis includes a critical research of similar devices. Based on this research, there is a custom design of tilting hitch with tilting using linear hydraulic motors created. Furthermore, all necessary calculations of the main parts and strength analysis of the supporting structure are carried out and drawing documentation is created. This diploma thesis was developed in cooperation with the company STAVES s.r.o..
Bucket elevator for transporting glass shards
Kopecký, Michal ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the functional design of a bucket elevator for transporting glass shards with a lifting height of 10 meters and a nominal transport capacity of 60 tons per hour. The research part provides a brief introduction to the issues of bucket elevators and the current market for such elevators. In the subsequent sections, functional calculations are performed, and the selection of individual components is made. Lastly, the strength calculation of the drive shaft and sealing rings, as well as the bearing life assessment, are conducted. The thesis includes accompanying drawing documentation.
Screenig shovel for construction and demolition waste
Běluša, Jiří ; Michele, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis contains design of a screening bucket used as an attachment for an excavator. Research section consists of construction and demolition waste sorting process, recycling options and design examples of screening buckets. Next part of the thesis includes own design of a screening bucket, calculations and finite element analysis using a computer program.
Bucket hoist for food grain transport
Šustek, David ; Pokorný, Prokop (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a construction solution of a bucket elevator for transportation of grain with specifiedtransport quantity and specified transport height. In the first part of the thesis, a brief overview of individual parts of the bucket elevator and their influence on the function of the devicewas performed. The conveyor parameters are then determined based on the overview. The second part of this work focuses on the theoretical calculations. Using these calculations, the individual components of the bucket elevator are selected or designed. This part includes a control of the safety of the drive shaft, together with the subsequent calculation of the bearing durability. This thesis further comprisesa relevant drawing documentation of the whole bucket elevator assembly and the subassembly of the driving station.
Design Optimization of Bucket Conveyors
Jonák, Martin ; Svěrák, Tomáš (referee) ; Zegzulka, Jiří (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with a study of methods sufficient to describe the behavior of bulk materials (homogeneous and non-homogeneous) during their transport by bucket elevators in the application focused on the optimization of the bucket shape and also on the optimization of operating parameters of whole elevator. More specifically, this thesis is based on the studying and creating analytical and numerical computational models which are used for description of flows and deformations especially of particulate materials. Firstly, the thesis is focused on the process of discharging the bucket – the relationship among the shape of the surface of a particulate material and geometry, position and movement of the bucket. The beginning and way of discharge of the bucket will be determined. Secondly, the thesis includes the overall computational model of a bucket elevator which is based on discrete element method and presented in the case study. The goal is to determine the limits of some classical physical and mathematical descriptions.
Bucket elevator
Karlík, Petr ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Jonák, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the functional design of the bucket elevator for the vertical transport of coke. The research section contains a brief introduction to the bucket elevator problematics. Other sections deal with the functional analysis comprising gravity discharge control. Engineering design of elevator's components is further focused mainly on the drive shaft control. To this thesis are attached appropriate drawings.
Bucket elevators
Cajzl, Štěpán ; Jonák, Martin (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this research thesis is to provide an overview of manufacturers that are using buckets for transportation or acquisition of material and the equipment of these manufactures. It is the bucket conveyors, bucket wheel excavators and bucket chain excavators. The next part of this thesis focuses on the theoretical approach towards the calculation when the shape of the surface of the particular material forms a logarithmic spiral. Within the technical part of the calculation this thesis focuses on forms of calculation of individual parts of the elevator. The last part is an overview of transportation materials and their characteristics.
High loading shovel for loader
Rajdl, Marek ; Papoušek, Libor (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design of the high loading shovel for the loader Komatsu WA380. The aim is to find constructional solutions of the high loading shovel for a minimal dumping height of 4 500 mm, for the bucket width of 3 000 mm and for the bucket volume of 5 m3. The thesis contains a brief description of the high loading shovel and description of basic constructional components. It also contains choices of basic constructional components, a calculation of the necessary force to tilt the bucket and a static analysis. Stress control of the bucket, the frame and the pegs forms the final part of the thesis. The thesis is accompanied by the necessary technical drawings.
Adjustment of quick clamping equipment for application on screener crusher bucket
Hrňa, Lukáš ; Pokorný, Jan (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This thesis deals with the adjustment of quit camping equipment for application on screener crusher bucket Allu SC 3-20 in order to streamline both digging into the bucket, and the actual screening. Using simulation methods in the Adams programme, forces are detected for the digging with the original suspension. Imperfections are revealed for the current full suspension and suggestions made for the new proposedsuspension. The new shape quick release mechanism is designed in CATIA modeler and the I-Deas programme provides final strength control of parts for the proposed mechanism. Finally, both variants are coMPared in terms of digging, sifting the material complexity of the design and the necessary restrictive criteria.
