Metodika revitalizace daguerrotypického procesu

Daguerrotypie je nejstarší prakticky používaný fotografický proces. Z hlediska lidského poznání šlo o významný objev – jednalo se o první zobrazovací metodu založenou na zachycení obrazu předmětu přímo působením světla. Daguerrotypie tak ovlivnila lidskou společnost nejen z hlediska uměleckého, ale také vědeckého a spustila rychlý rozvoj fotografických postupů, materiálů i celého nového oboru. Z toho důvodu lze v depozitářích po celém světě nalézt množství historicky, umělecky i společensky cenných daguerrotypických památek. Pro zajištění kvalitní ochrany daguerrotypií je nutné volit dostatečně prověřené a bezpečné konzervátorské a restaurátorské postupy. Ověření nových památkových postupů i komplexní studium degradace a poškození daguerrotypií vyžaduje vhodné laboratorní vzorky, jejichž povrchová struktura odpovídá jedinečné struktuře daguerrotypického obrazu. Takové vzorky by měly být připravovány postupem, který bude co nejpřesněji odpovídat historickému způsobu přípravy daguerrotypií a bude tak respektovat jejich historickou autenticitu. Pro postupy konzervace a restaurování je třeba porozumět procesu výroby a chemickému složení. Cílem této metodiky je vytvořit praktický a standardizovaný návod pro rekonstrukci daguerrotypického procesu v laboratorních podmínkách za účelem přípravy vzorků, které se z hlediska materiálu a struktury obrazu neliší od historických daguerrotypií.

Brand management of the company Crystalex, CZ

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse brand management of one chosen company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on comprehensive explanation of brand management. At first brand and other related terms are explained from the marketing point of view. Then the author has focused on legal dimension of the term brand and its registration as trademark. The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of brand management of one concrete Czech company Crystalex, CZ, which produces and exports Czech domestic glass. The primary data are gained by dialogues with specialists from the company and its patent agency. The author has talked to many potential customers in points of sale of products from Crystalex, CZ as well. On the basis of all these information the author has made own proposals to increase the efficiency of brand management of the company Crystalex, CZ.

Customer satisfaction in the airlines Travel Service in claiming damages

The thesis aims to analyze customer satisfaction in the airlines Travel Service in claiming damages. The theoretical part provides the basic concepts of air transport, legislation on civil aviation, the importance of the position of airlines in Czech and foreign aviation market and the introduction of airline Travel Service. The practical part deals with the definition of fundamental rights of air passengers in claiming damages, especially when claiming baggage and delayed or canceled flights. The practical part has been prepared based on the survey of customers Airlines Travel Service In the final part of this thesis compares Travel Service with selected airlines. This thesis uses descriptive method especially in its theoretical part, analysis and comparison method in the practical part.

Development of Approches to Retouch in Restoration of Painting

The submitted Bachelors work surveys the development of view on retouching of restoration of paint artworks. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with theoretical bases and conditions for uprise of care of historical monuments and its development of restoring. The second part deals with development of restoring works in our country, resp. how these works have been presented by the Czech restoring school. Hereby, this development of restoring works bases on the development of view on paint retouch technique which has been used in artwork's renovation. By treating of this subject the big emphasis on general perspective in the development of views on retouching of artworks restoration and on the reflection of theoretical thinking in the frame of the care of historical monuments from the beginning of 19. Century till present time is put. This work comprises of the most important development periods with respect on today's theory of care of historical monuments in our country. Therefore, the goal of the work is not the theory of the care of historical monuments in its whole extend. General, this topic is very comprehensive and is to be treated in the following works. The development of chosen civil society aspects in the border areas of South Bohemia after the year 1989

The thesis aims at specifying chosen historical aspects of civil society development in border areas of South Bohemia, namely the Šumava Mountains. These specifics are determined mainly by forced disruption of the natural development in the region after the World War II, considering especially the forced evacuation of German minority and the closure of the area due to the origin of so called "iron curtain", generated by the communist regime. These events caused the disruption of civil society traditions in the region of interest , and the continuity can be restored only partially, being impacted by the current crisis of traditional values in the society. On the other hand, the development after 1989 displays completely new trends focused on tourism, nature conservat ion, cross-border cooperation as well as other profit - oriented activities. The informal components and traditions of regional civil society based on religion, solidarity, relationship to land and environment still lag behind though the sphere of educational and cultural programs, including shared cross-border cultural and educational and information programs, develops success fully, being supported by communal policy, statutory bodies and public administration. - Principles of European environmental law The main ambition of this thesis is to examine the principles of European environmental law. To this forminable challenge is first of all very useful to understand, which role the principles generally play in the system of law. That is why we have to focus on this phenomenon from the position of theory of law, when we try to put forward the definition of principles. We also draw the attention to the differences, which contradistinguish the principles from other rules of law and another matters, such as values and policies, to which they can be easily interchanged. We demonstrate the variety of functions which the principles perform in legal order as well as their subserviency during the course of decision making process. Henceforth we devide the principles into specific groups in compliance with their different characteristic features and so create the typology of principles. All these problems we try to solve in the first part of this thesis. In the second part of this work we target closely to the principles of European environmental law. Zhodnocení platné právní úpravy Systém sociálního zabezpečení (sociální ochrany) , ve vztahu k osobám se zdravotním postižením, jev ČR v posledních letech reformován a rozvíjen s cílem poskytovat soubor dávek a služeb primárně podporujících sociální začleňování těchto osob. Daří se tak postupně vytvářet kvalitnější, modernější, dostupnější a efektivnější systém sociálních dávek a služeb odrážející změny ve společnosti a srovnatelný se systémy ostatních členských států EU. Jednotným rysem nově budovaných a reformovaných subsystémů sociálního zabezpečení se stala snaha státu odstranit dříve užívaný model plošného pojetí (výplata, poskytování) institutu sociální podpory ve smyslu cílené ingerence ve prospěch osob a rodin objektivně i subjektivně nejvíce zasažených zdravotním postižením. English Abstract Possibilities of Justifying Ethical Principles for Dealing with Conceived Human Life This thesis proposes the spectrum of ethical questions connected with interventions into the conceived human life and suggests ways, how to answer these questions. Following up the limited expressions of the Scripture about life of man before nativity, it reminds the history of a conceived human life in the church tradition and its teaching. It refers to the dignity of man as a person from the philosophical and theological point of view and proposes reasons making the meaning, that the human embryo is a person already from the conception, well-founded. It considers the opinion opposition of its meaning, which comes out from empirical positions, from the reasons of its unity and its inability to propose proofs, as a mere doubt, which cannot cut out an existence of a human person from the moment of conception. Further this work deals with the real and ethical aspect of the individual interventions into the human life. Namely deals for example with the interruption, contraceptive methods, assisted reproductive technology, problems of embryonic stem cells, cloning and gene therapies. Legal regulation of advertisement and its harmonization with EU law

Téma regulace reklamy lze jen stěží označit za oblast, kterou by se odborná literatura nezabývala. Právě naopak. Už sama o sobě reklama vzbuzuje v lidech zájem a stala se atraktivním tématem pro mnoho vědních oborů, které tento fenomén nezkoumají odděleně, jako samostatný jev, nýbrž jej zasazují do širšího kontextu. Takto jsem pojala i tuto práci. Reklamu, v této práci především rozpracovanou klamavou reklamu, lze považovat za průnik oblasti nekalé soutěže, reklamy a ochrany spotřebitele. Cílem této práce je vytvořit stručný a ucelený náhled na úpravu reklamy napříč právním řádem a na harmonizaci této oblasti s právem komunitárním. Reklama jako projev nekalé soutěže je po dlouhé době předmětem národní úpravy, nicméně při budoucím společném trhu je třeba k odstranění různých forem překážek jisté harmonizace předpisů v této oblasti, protože reklama je přeshraniční záležitost způsobem svého šíření a omezující právní předpisy v jednotlivých státech by mohly bránit volnému pohybu zboží. Vzhledem k tomu, že jde o problematiku dvojího druhu, nebyla volena úprava přímo platným právním předpisem, nýbrž úprava směrnicová, která zajišťuje harmonizaci, která na druhé straně ovšem reklamu, která se týká určitých škodlivých látek a je předmětem zákazu, směřuje do oblasti práva veřejného, které lze tímto způsobem nejlépe...
