Cutting operation in condition a small firm

This work is focused on standard methods of machining (turning, milling, drilling). The aim is to know the background of smaller companies and give a specific technological situation in relation to the terms of the assessment. The first part focuses on the technology of turning; it describes the distribution and usages of machine tools. The second and the third parts deal with the milling and drilling technologies that have similar content character as the area of turning. The final part of work solves technological situation in the company Kratochvíl Ladislav Kovoobráběčství and the situation is examined from several perspectives.
On the modern technologies of hole production in metal materials

The first part deals with the classification of methods, description of production, achievable technological parameters and production finishing methods. Next is survey of particular types of drilling machines. Second part of this Thesis is about rules for construction of clamping units and their disposal. Analysis of componet for which is clamping unit constructed. Following by construction of drilling gauge,comparing of incidental times with using the gauge and without using the gauge and finally calculation of investment return in to clamping unit.

Other possible options of production of the feeder have been considered and the best combination of the manufacturing method selected. This bachelor thesis is focused on the modern technologies for the hole production in metal materials. In the first part the fundamental technologies are described including how to make the hole or to modify it. The second part deals with the modern cutting tools, and the other part includes some machines for hole production. Some non-conventional methods of hole machining are also mentioned. The last two parts deals with the experiments - the tool wear and other phenomena are evaluated when machining some selected materials. The work confirms that the titanium alloy is a material very difficult to drill up today.

The first part describes basic principles of the laser beam, possibilities of ma-chining of various materials and its use in production. Various types of lasers are introduced, including those developed in the last decade. The performance and quality edge that the laser beam can give you is presented in the next part. The practical part compares laser machining with conventional technology of machining. Final results are evaluated in the last chapter.

In the end of this part there is a demonstration of a NC program which was created for the chosen product.
