Spatial survey of liquidity of european companies
Bláha, Tomáš ; Marek, Petr (advisor) ; Brabenec, Tomáš (referee)
The content of this thesis is a spatial survey of liquidity through indexes like current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio and working capital / assets. Result of this survey is that the most liquid companies are in Ireland, Germany and Finland. Companies with the lowest value of indexes are in Cyprus, Latvia and Italy. When comparing the industry I found that the most liquid sectors are DL Manufacture of electrical and optical equipment, CA Mining and quarrying of energy producing materials and CB Mining and quarrying, except of energy producing materials. On the other hand the lowest liquidity was measured in sector DA Manufacture of food products, beverages and Tobago, DD Manufacture of wood and wood products and DF Manufacture of coke, refined petroleum products and nuclear fuel. Czech companies have reached in this investigation very good results and place the fifth place.

Testing of Solders in Protection Atmosphere
Vala, Radek ; Jankovský, Jaroslav (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
The project deals with the overall design and construction of equipment called the desiccators for brazing in a protective atmosphere. The device was designed and manufactured cooling and heating element. For the soldering various temperature profiles have been defined and adjusted, as for SnPb as well for lead-free solders. There was a realization of samples were measured and analyzed. Finally were realized micro sections for lead free solder.

Using levelling production in the company Robert Bosch České Budějovice s.r.o.
DAŇKOVÁ, Lucie
The main goal of this work was to evaluate the application of levelling production on one defined production line at the company Robert Bosch České Budějovice s.r.o. The analysis was focused on the preparation of the production plan, the ability to follow a plan and to identify the main factors affecting the smooth running of production. The theoretical part dealed with the characteristics of production, then showcased elements of lean manufacturing and in the last part of the literature overview is describing the leveled planning process in detail. In the first part of the practical part were introduced lean manufacturing enterprise established in RBCB and line CR1 and the second half of practical part is focused on technology planning equalized analysis of the manufacturing production lines and the ability to follow a plan. After the detection of 4 most common deviations, were proposed solutions for improvements.

Design of mold for plastic injection with hot inflow system
Okurka, David ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Hušek, Martin (advisor)
This thesis describes a design of an injection mould for plastic part "Sleeve", that is intended for guiding of sliding door hardware. The part is manufactured from PE-HD, production quantity is 3 000 000 pcs annually. Based on calculations and review of specialized literature the design utilizes hot runners of MH system by Ewicon. The tool is assembled from normalized components by Hasco and an injection press BOY22D was suggested for parts production. Total costs for production of 1 part are 0,26 CZK.

Investigation of process stability at the braiding
Josiek, Robert ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis is focused on analyzing pitch as one of the key parameters in manufacturing hydraulic hoses. Data for this analysis was acquired directly on site at Semperflex Optimit s.r.o. In this paper, a description of processes will be provided, and the influence of these processes on the pitch will be investigated. During this analysis two processes were found to have the greatest influence on the pitch and improvements were suggested. Using the Gauge R&R method, the precision of the measuring system was assessed and the appropriate adjustments were made.

Stirrup manufacturing by compound tool
Brodský, Zdeněk ; Podaný, Kamil (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The master´s thesis deals with drawing compound tool for production of stirrup. Stirrup is made from steel 17 240 and his thickness is 1,5 mm. The number of production is 400 000 pieces. After completion of constructional calculations was determined eccentric press LEN 40 C and was designed tool. The work is completed by drawing documentation of the compound tool. In the work is performed economic evaluation too. Present technology (blanking, bending) is compare here with new technology- compound tool. Compound tool is profitable, because time and money are saving.

Frekvenční charakteristika generátoru anulárního syntetizovaného proudu s velkým vnitřním průměrem
Krejčí, A. Petr ; Trávníček, Zdeněk ; Tesař, Václav ; Kordík, Jozef ; Pavelka, Miroslav
An annular synthetic jet actuator of large inner/outer diameter ratio of the nozzle has been developed, and four variants were designed, manufactured, and tested. The resonance frequency was estimated theoretically, based on the mechanical energy balance, and then measured by the pneumometric method. The resultant value was found to be 40 Hz. The nozzle geometry effect on the resonance frequency and on the velocity was quantified; both effects were concluded to be surprisingly small, less than 5%.

Optimalisation of operating parameters of the two-hot-wire probe for instantaneous velocity and concentration measurement in a binary gas mixture
Mazur, Oton ; Jonáš, Pavel
The effect of various factors was analysed on the sensitivity of simultaneous concentration and velocity measurement in a binary gas mixture flow by means of a dual hot-wire anemometer. It was found that the ratio of wire diameters has the primary effect.
