Proposal for Improvement of the work Motivation

One of the director activities is motivation of workers. The motivation is internal process, that express desire and willingness of human to take a certain pains leading to reach an important goal or result. This work occupies with the motivation and efficiency of the company . To obtain the information about the motivation of work behaviour is used a methody of questonnaire exploration. On basis of result this analysis is identified the problematic areas and suggested posibilities how to improve the motivation and efficiency system of this company.
The Proposition of an Incentive System as an Instrument for Efficiency Improvement of the Development Process and the Process of Implementation of the New Enterprise System VRPIS

This thesis aims to improve the efficiency of the development process and the process of implementation of the newly established enterprise information system VRPIS by designing and creating an incentive system. The proposition and creation of the incentive system is based on the experiences gained during the pilot application of VRPIS system into the company Confal, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on enterprise information systems, their implementation into corporate environment, possible problems that might occur during this process, as well as incentive systems. The practical part follows the theoretical knowledge and focuses on the creation of the new incentive system and motivational tools, which are designed particularly for participants of the VRPIS implementation process. The incentive system 3L is based on the results received from the measurement of participants´ level of motivation during the three stages of implementation process. Moreover, it shares the philosophy of VRPIS system, which intends to conform to the conditions and needs of its customers. Furthermore, 3L incentive system will be generalized for the needs of the other applications.
Motivation System in a chosen Company - Analysis of Incentive Plan

This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation of employees in the selected company XY. The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate the current status of the current incentive plan and further analyse it. For the next will be detected the impact of this motivation system of the company to employees of the organization. Firstly, were determined the research questions to which they sought answers. With the help of the questionnaire survey will be found the relevant data to determine the necessary information. The questionnaire contains questions relating to existential needs, growth needs and relationship needs, which will help give a comprehensive view of the current situation in the company. Subsequently, they will be developed some of the dependencies of individual data that will help answer research questions. The result of the work is a document that a company can use to improve the incentive plan.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse methods of motivating employees. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept of motivation, stimulation, existing theories of work motivation and motivation instruments. The practical part of the thesis investigates using interview techniques and written questioning the disparity in the way of motivation of employees in tents and in private enterprises. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the applied instruments, to assess their impact on motivation, satisfaction and performance of employees and suggest changes in the methods of motivation and stimulation.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysing methods how to stimulate and motivate employees. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of motivation, concepts close to motivation and selected existing theories of motivation. It also deals with employee benefits, function, division and benefits which are frequently offered to employees. The practical part of the thesis, mainly based on written and online questionnaires, concentrates on motivation of employees at Nedcon Bohemia, s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to analyse what motivation means and to assess its impact on employees' motivation, job performance and satisfaction.
Analysis of motivation system of remuneration and benefits in the public and private sectors

The main of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a literature review and implement of quantitative research by questionnaires. In the theoretical part there were described issues of motivation system, employee compensation, motivation of employees and benefits. In the practical part the main aim was the analysis and comparison of benefits of employees in private and public sector. The sub-aim was to determinate satisfaction of employees with system of remuneration and benefits in private and public sector. The second sub-aim was to compare employee benefits in sectors. It was found out that employees in private sector are more satisfied with system of remuneration and benefits. Women who are employed in private sector have more benefits than women in public sector.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the employee motivation in the chosen organization. The aim of this thesis is to focus on the issues of current motivation system in the chosen company and to suggest possible improvements for this motivation system. The objective of my thesis is also to answer the main research question: How are employees of the company XY motivated? This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part includes theoretical specifications about basic terms related to motivation. Following part of the thesis describes the research strategy, technique and the chosen company. This part is also focused on the interpretation of informations gained in the quantitative research. The next part is a short discussion about possible limits in my work and following confirmation of hypotheses and answering the main research question. In the following part, on the basis of the research results I'm going to suggest measures directed at improving the motivation system.

This thesis deals with the motivation of employees in the company Tieto Czech s.r.o. The theoretical part is based on scientific literature, where I focused on basic concepts related to motivation. In the practical part I characterize the company and its current incentive system. Through the questionnaire I received information regarding employee satisfaction and motivation. Based on this information, the company suggested possible improvements incentive system that would enhance job performance and employee satisfaction.

The aim of the bachelor thesis called Interpersonal Influence in the Working Process is the influence of motivation and stimulation in particular organization on the working performance of its employees. The theoretical part deals with a definition of the terms motivation and stimulation. Then the existing theories of work motivation, determination of motivational sources and stimulation instruments in the organization and setting up a motivational programme. The practical part of the bachelor thesis, based on questionnaires, interviews, concentrates on motivation of employees and on stimulation instruments used by its management in the particular organization. The analysis deals with the organization ČEVAK a.s. The main aim of this topic is to compare the employees in terms of their motivation profiles and the use of appropriate stimulation instruments. To assess their impact on motivation, satisfaction of employees and suggest changes in the ways of stimulation. And then determination of appropriate recommendations to the organization.

In the practical part I introduce the company Tiens Czech Republic and analyse motivation system by ques-tionnaire method. Finally, I suggest some recommendations which could contribute to increase of distributors work motivation.
