Flat Rents in Uherské Hradiště and Factors that Influence them

The diploma thesis describes and maps the overall rental market in city Uherské Hradiště and is made up of text and graphs. First gives a general view of rental housing and then compares the amount of the rentals of apartments in various parts of the city and consider amendments to the lease. Collected data are divided into apartments for the 1 + 1 and 1 + kk (kitchen corner), 2 + 1 and 2 + kk, 3 + 1 and 3 + kk, 4 +1 and 4 + kk and larger. For each group creates a map of rents.

This thesis is a summary describing the current housing situation in the city of Zlin. It deals with the comparison of above normal rents in different areas of the city and consider amendments to leases in terms of location, amenities and size of the apartment. Collected data are divided into apartments for the 1 +1, 1 + kk, 2 +1, 2 + kk, 3 +1, 3 + kk. Mapping the market and its prices in the lease is done both textually and graphically.
Flat Rents in Opava and Factors that Influence them

Diploma thesis describes current situation on the real estate market in the Statutory City of Opava. It deals with the progress of rental housing and with comparing the amount of current usual rent and also with factors that influence the amount of rent. Market research was conducted in four categories: in category 1 + 1 and 1 + kk, in category 1 + 2 and 2 + kk, in category 3 + 1 and 3 + kk and in category 4 + 1, 4 + kk and larger. Price maps are based on data obtained by research. In these price maps are particular flats graphically divided into groups according to the amount of rent.
The residential market in south Moravian region

This thesis aims to analyze trends in the area of residential properties within selected locality over a selected period of time. Introduction chapter explains basic terminology of real estate market and later unveils the way how is residential market integrated into real estate market as such. It also describes factors that have significant impact on supply and demand. Next chapter describes residential market and distribution of its particular sectors. Main chapter analyzes selected parameters which affect residential market in the South Moravian Region. Key parameters are demographic movement, income and living standards of residents and its relationship to household, residential construction trends, etc. The final chapter is concerned with housing condition of council flats and houses in the area of Brno metropolis. The analyses contains the trend monitoring of selected factors over a selected period of time.
Rental Housing

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current situation of state housing policy in the Czech Republic and its vision for the future, analysis and description of rental housing and its availability to the population and concepts of social housing in effect in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is the analysis of rental housing in relation to social housing and ownership in the city Břeclav. I intended to examine which tools use housing policy to meet the wishes and needs of the population, how to increase the availability of housing, the quality or stability in terms of stable sources of funding. I also tried to assess the current situation in the housing market, particularly rental housing, and the concept of social housing in the Czech Republic. To analyze the state of the housing fund of the city Břeclav, I used materials published by the municipality, especially development, strategic and spatial plans and documents issued by the City Council.

Council Housing Fund and its Administration

This Bachelor thesis deals with housing policy on both general level as well as local level of the town of Šlapanice. It covers the basic features of the development of housing policy before the year 1989 upto the present. The work describes the housing policy conception and the types of support for the housing stock development. Also, the thesis lists the ultimate legislation important for city authorities to manage its housing policy. Further, it specifies the structure, range and condition of the municipal housing stock in Šlapanice, including its administration instruments. The conclusion is based on the acquired information and finding, and evaluates the administration of the municipal housing stock in Šlapanice.

The subject of the bachelor´s dissertation called „Municipal housing policy“ is to give the brief survey and general characteristic of the Housing Fund of the city of Brno. The dissertation concentrates in the present- day situation of housing in this city. The diploma thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the housing policy of the city of Brno. The second chapter analyses the structure, range and extent of the Housing Fundo f the city. The final part of the bachelor´s thesis offers on source of finance to renewal and development of Housing Fund.
Analysis of Prices and Investments in Housing Market using Capital Stock Model in the Czech republic in 2000-2013

This thesis deals with the evolution of prices in the housing market within the Czech Republic. The model of capital stock was used for this purpose. The factors that affect the price evolution were the size of income, the size of the first time buyer population, and the anticipated VAT change on new housing. Various evolution scenarios were presented under various conditions. Housing market in the Czech Republic as a whole and the market in the capital particularly were considered. In the case of the Czech Republic both real and simulated prices reached their peak in 2009, simulated price was 7 % lower than real. Concerning Prague, the real price peak happened in 2008, while the estimated price was 19 % lower compared to real prices.
Satisfying of needs of the residents of the village with a focus on housing

This thesis in the first part deals with general issues of housing and housing policy, explains basic concepts in this area and defines the level of housing options assessment and describes the situation in the Czech Republic in this area and it defines the concept of community and the types of communities and characterizes rural municipality to which this work relates. The practical part of the thesis focuses on selected rural communities - the village Opařany and the village Malsice. To characterize the housing needs and housing in these villages there are indicators defining the physical and financial accessibility of housing, which are evaluated in terms of strengths and weaknesses in the SWOT analysis of the municipalities, which are also identified opportunities and threats communities for housing. Following the SWOT analysis options are designed to remove or eliminate weaknesses and threats of communities in connection with the issue of housing.
