Bakalářská práce pojednává o koncepci bytové politiky v ČR. Zabývá se vývojem bytové politiky v minulosti a zároveň popisuje aktuální situaci v této oblasti. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti hlavních částí. První část pojednává o základních poznatcích o bydlení. Druhá část se zabývá bytovou politikou. Třetí se zaměřuje na podpory v oblasti bydlení. Další popisuje bytovou výstavbu v rámci ČR. V poslední části je shrnuta bytová politika obce Branišovice. The thesis deals with the concept of housing policy in the Czech Republic. The work describes the development of housing policy in the past and also describes the current situation in this area. The work is divided into five main parts. The first part deals with the basic knowledge of housing. The second part deals with housing policy. The third focuses on support of housing. Next part describes the housing in the Czech Republic. The last section summarizes the housing policies of village Branišovice.
