Constructive-technological Study of repairing siding Contact Insulation

The construction-technological study of revitalization of external cladding focuses on overall thermal insulation of residential house through contact insulating system. Thermal insulation will be carried out on the bottom of the building, the facade, roof and ceilings in the basement. During revitalization will reset also the loggia, gutter and access to walkways.
Entrance hall of multi-storey building in university area

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to design and verify sufficient resistance of load-bearing construction system and cladding made of structural glass. The object is located in university campus at the suburban area of the city of Ostrava, in district Ostrava Poruba. Floor plan is 8,5 x 12 m. The object is composed of six floors and its total height is 21 m. The object is connected to rest of the building. Main load-bearing system consists of frame made of composite steel and concrete rectangular columns and steel beams. Staircase steel beam and reinforced concrete slab are ensuring spatial rigidity. The object was designed according to currently valid standards using ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state verification.
Production and storage hall Jindřichův Hradec - rough upper construction

The focus of this thesis is on the description of realization of rough upper construc-tion of warehouse in Jindrichuv Hradec. The thesis consists of report on construction and technology, technical report on site technologies, wider transportation connections, technological guidelines for prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, proposal for the machinery assembly, report on safety and health protection on construction site, envi-ronmental requirements, control and exam plan for prefabricated reinforced concrete frame and in lastly also financial comparisons of brick construction and mounted struc-ture. The annexes consist of blueprints for the site technologies, scheme of the cargo distribution in the trucks, routes of wider transportation connections and also detailed budget with timeframe.
Space structure of industry building object

The subject of this project is the structure of the storage hall which is made of reinforced concrete. It is designed as precast frame (span of 18m), founded on pocket footings. The roof deck (non-rigid) consists of ribbed slabs. The cladding is made of sandwich panels (reinforced concrete and isolation) layed on foundation beam. The design is focused on the single typical frame. Roof girder, column and pocket footing are designed. Designed life of the structure is 50 years.
Multipurpose Hospital Building in Český Krumlov - Building Technology Project

The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of a construction technology project for the construction of a new hospital pavilion in Český Krumlov. The thesis processes the preparation of construction and proposal of the organization of individual activities on the construction site in time sequence. The thesis contains technological regulations for the foundation of construction and realization of the monolithic frame on the 1st floor, which also includes drawings of the formwork of the ceiling slab and a scheme of formwork of columns and walls. Further contents are technological report, technological study of realization, transport relations, time and financial plans, complete construction site equipment for the whole construction phase, design of construction mechanisms and assessment of their suitability for use, resource balance, technological analysis, itemized budget, and occupational health protection for selected processes and noise studies dealing with the impact of building construction on the surrounding development.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the architectural study of the mix-used urban housing situated closed to the Brno city centre. The design will allow mixing of greater amount of different functions on a relatively small built-up area, which will reduce the requirements on transport and provide the inhabitant with various forms of housing, services and employment. The mass and spatial solution respects the surrounding city blocks on south and the mass increase to the north industrial zone. The mass defines the area and respect noise protection zone on housing development. The shape of object's ground plan is based on the area, which is divided by four axes of pedestrian paths. The basic matter of object is divided into four blocks linked by common internal square. The mass solution provides private, semi-private and public courtyards.
Distribution warehouses in Prague - construction technology project

The subject of this thesis is the construction and technological project for distribution warehouses in Prague. Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.
St. Michael's Hospice

The topic of the master thesis is new medico-social facility hospice St. Michaela. The purpose of the object is the maximizing of improvement in the quality of life of dying, severely ill and incurable patients, with the use of palliative care. The construction follows the Complex of Regional Hospital Náchod. Together with as a retirement home Náchod completes a support network of health and social care. The building is designed as a four-building storey and is partially embedded into the sloping terrain. Floors are divided into individual facilities and together constitute a functional unit. In the basement is the technical room, warehouses, garages and kitchen facilities. On the ground floor are then socio-public rooms and facilities. On the second floor is located hedmaster of hospice and accommodation area. The third floor is devoted to the accommodation area. The proposed structure made of brick longitudinal system, supplemented by concrete basement walls. The horizontal structure is made of filigree ceiling panels. Stairs are designed as a precast concrete and steel. Individual roof structures is made from unwalkable, walkable and vegetation compositions. The cladding consists of ventilated facade of glass and wooden panels. Foundations are designed from the lineal foundation.
Administrative building in Prague, solution of the technological stage of cladding

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the processing of the technological phase of cladding an administrative building in Prague. The lightweight external envelope consists of an aluminum modular facade and an entrance from a load-bearing steel column-grid facade. The thesis includes a technical report focusing on the cladding, the resolution of broader transportation relationships, technological regulations for the modular facade and column-grid facade, construction organization solutions, a quality control and testing plan. Furthermore, a proposal for the machinery assembly, a timeline, a detailed budget including a statement of quantities, occupational safety, and health protection, a construction site equipment design, coordination situations, and a modular facade installation procedure diagram are developed.

The project includes a technical report on the construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, design and assessment of construction routes, construction equipment project, financial and construction schedule, machine design, schedule and budget of the main building, control and test plan for foundation structures, and occupational safety and health.
