The first step for thorough mapping of the ties is structuring the methods into clearly defined approaches. The criteria gained from the systematic approach to enterprise are used for the analysis of the management methods. The mainly used management methods which have the impact on operational activity and distinct innovative character enter the analysis. In the next chapter, the basic ties of the approaches to the department of business informatics, information system and to the methods of business informatics are set. Subsequently the outputs relevant to business informatics management are extracted. The main contribution of the thesis lies in the systematic approach to methods of management which enables further research of ties to information system and its management. The second more concrete contribution lies in basic definition of the conclusions for the needs of business informatics.

Comparison systems for managing web content (CMS)
Keřka, Marek ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Marešová, Zdena (referee)
Expansion of websites and customer requirements for a simple interface for editing text on the webpage gave a reason to create at first only simple systems, allowing the user to insert news and later a global and universal solution for creating and editing web presentations. Today is the amount of available content management systems counted to hundreds including small projects, that have only few basic functions and the huge ones having all necessary functions in the core of the system. The aim of this work is to summarize the features and compare three selected systems for managing Web content. All these systems are written in PHP, which is often used to create dynamic web pages. These systems are ModX, CONTAM, CMS Made Simple. The criteria by which the systems will be evaluated at the end were defined in advance. These criteria do not contain all the programmers requirements, but they are important aspects of each system from the perspective of the author.

The role of the nursing management in the human resourcing problems
PLOCKOVÁ, Helena
The aim of this task is to find out the present role of the middle nursing management in the human resource management and also to suggest a new plan of graduate training in the terms of adaptation process. In the end it is necessary to analyse its asset from the nurse managers{\crq} point of view. Questionnaire technique of information gleaning was used for the survey. First survey body was formed by nurse managers. There were 25 questions in the questionnaire. A part of the questionnaire was a plan of graduate training. These graduates had to be educated as state registered nurses or with university degree, either Bachelor or Master. There were 18 closed questions and 7 half-open ones. Second survey body was formed by graduates of nursing colleges and universities. There were 8 questions in the questionnaire and there were 8 answers in each question. All the answers were used for assessment of level education dependence on motivational needs. There were four hypothesis in the survey which should confirm or disconfirm the interest of nurse managers in further education, its providing by hospital managements, the dependence of motivation needs on education level (only graduates) and evaluation of adaptation process provided by nurse managers. The first hypothesis confirmed that the nurse managers are interested in further education connected with human resource management. The second hypothesis confirmed that hospital management offers the possibility of human resource education to nurse managers. The third hypothesis confirmed that motivational needs, which influence graduates´ job choice, change with the level of education. The fourth hypothesis confirmed that setting up ``The Adaptation Process for Graduate Training{\crqq} positively evaluates nurse managers. Considering positive survey results it would be suitable not only to set up the adaptation process with graduates but also to use the questionnaire of testing needs which can help the middle management to nominate graduates with certain posts. There is a great significance in it and it is very important for career and integrating in work teams. The results of the survey could be lent to hospital management as an instrument of human resource optimization.
The effect of nutrient level on plant structure and production in a wet grassland: a field study
KÁPLOVÁ, Miroslava
Since the 1950s, agricultural intensification has affected the structure and functioning of ecological systems including wet grasslands. Our study site, a wet grassland near Třeboň, Czech Republic, was historically a sedge meadow, but increased nutrient additions, a long-lasting flood in 2002 and changed mowing patterns resulted in domination by Phalaris arundinacea. The aim of the study was to determine how different nutrient conditions may affect plant structure and production in a wet grassland used for hay production.
Erebia epiphron in Krkonoše mountains - biotope preference
BAĎUROVÁ, Gabriela
Erebia epiphron was introduced by the German naturalist Joseph Soffner between 1932 and 1933 to the Giant Mts. The species was originally in the Czech Republic distributed only in the Hruby Jesenik. The introduction was successful and today is the introduced population as big as the original, in Jesenik. The goal of my study was to describe the habitat where Erebia epiphron occurs, and to compare the changes between the situation 2008 and previous surveys. I found that the most common habitat on which this buttelfly occurs is the mountain ridge above the tree line with unmanaged meadows (approximately from 1300 m), however, this species can also descend below the tree line. I found this species to be quite common at the sites of its original introduction. The results showed that the population of Erebia epiphron is large and stable.
Ecological study of invasive species \kur{Lupinus polyphyllus}
HURTOVÁ, Jaroslava
Species Lupinus polyphyllus is one of the most hazardous invasive species in the Czech Republic and its increasing occurence represents a threat of native biodiversity not only in the flora of conservation areas. Influence of management experiments on invaded communities was studied on permanent plots founded on three localities in the Šumava National Park. The role of nitrogen fixed in this invasion was explored by analyzing of soil samples. Influence of allelopathic inhibition of invasive species on some coexisting native species was tested in the laboratory experiment.
