The employee care

This bachelor thesis focuses in the theoretical part on various types of labour conditions. The occupational safety and hygiene, the employee development and education are defined in the next chapters. One of the chapters deals with in the modern question of the environmental care. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a much more space for the question of the employee appraisal, their motivation and control of wages -- monetary, nonmonetary and within the scope of regulatory requirements. At the beginning of the operative part, the small company MagicWare s.r.o., engaged in creation of the software applications, is introduced. The theoretical knowledge from the theoretical part is applied to this company in the next chapters. In other chapters there is assessed the employee care right in this firm. The practical part is concluded by a recommendation to the company how to improve the strategy of employee care.

Problems of rights of people with serious mental illness hospitalized in a mental hospital

V České republice stále neexistuje specifická legislativa pro oblast péče o duševní zdraví. Stávající právní úprava dotýkající se problematiky hospitalizace psychiatrických pacientů je roztříštěná, zastaralá a tudíž nevyhovující. Často dochází k tomu, že jsou lidé s duševním onemocněním vlivem výše popsané situace diskriminováni v přístupu k veřejným službám, častěji jim hrozí ztráta práce či majetku, během hospitalizace či soudních řízení jsou jejich práva mnohdy obcházena nebo přímo porušována. Řada z nich tráví nemalou část svého života ve velkých zařízeních, která často trpí nedostatkem kvalifikovaného personálu a odpovídajícího vybavení. Dlouhodobé, někdy dokonce celoživotní umístění lidí s duševními problémy v ústavech, je neblahým důsledkem faktu, že v komunitě, která má být člověku nejblíže, panuje akutní nedostatek psychiatrických a podpůrných služeb. Současná praxe v psychiatrických léčebnách napomáhá k mnoha porušování lidských práv. Patří mezi ně omezení v pohybu, nedostatek soukromí, omezená možnost telefonování či korespondenčního kontaktu a někdy také návštěv. Neméně významné je stále se ještě vyskytující zneužívání institutu zbavení způsobilosti k právním úkonům, nadužívání omezujících opatření či medikace. Soudní řízení, jejichž předmětem je kontrola zákonnosti detence mají řadu nedostatků....

The Economics of Drug Prohibition

Abstract The Prohibition represents a worldwide approach to drug trafficking and using, that are generally judged as evil, to which it is necessary to face. Although the drugs like alcohol or tobacco are legal and ordinary part of social life, a range of substances available on free market at the beginning of 20th Century became outlawed. In an effort to eliminate illegal drugs there was declared war on their production, distribution and consumtion in order to protect citizens, public health and to minimize social costs. The aim of this paper is to examine whether the drug prohibition is able to achieve its goals, to analyze its effects and real causes for negative impacts of drugs to society and to find who in fact the drug policy bring the benefits to.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve společnosti Škoda Auto a.s. V teoretické rovině se práce zaměřuje na identifikaci ukotvení BOZP v legislativě a detailní rozbor základních pramenů právních norem týkajících se daného tématu. Praktická část je rozdělena do několika na sebe navazujících fází ? sestavení registru legislativy, vymezení oblasti registru s nejvyšší mírou úrazovosti v rámci podniku a návrhy na její následné snížení.

The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of Aquacentre Kohoutovice. The thesis handles technological prescription of compact external cladding assembly including supporting structure. The thesis also includes assessment of transport itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of site equipment, time and financial plan, construction schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan and safety and health care policy.

Ochrana osobních údajů ve zdravotnictví

Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit s ochranou osobních údajů ve zdravotnictví. Nejprve ze zabývá historií ochrany osobních údajů, od jejího prvního zakotvení v právním řádu, poté přechází k obecné platné právní úpravě. V následující, hlavní části práce je rozebírána zdravotnická dokumentace, jako nositel citlivých osobních údajů, co všechno obsahuje a její možné formy a podoby. S příchodem informačních technologií se nebezpečí zneužití nepovolanou osobou zvyšuje, práce se proto zabývá v jakých případech mohou především orgány vykonávající státní zájem přistupovat do zdravotní dokumentace, a to i bez souhlasu pacienta. Také je rozebírána možnost pacienta a jeho příbuzných na nahlížet a pořizovat kopie dokumentace. V závěru je popsán národní zdravotnický informační systém a v něm používané osobní údaje.

Biology and control of Redroot pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus L.) on arable land

This work is focused on pigweed species-related issues, particularly those of redroot pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus L.), including biology, occurrence, harmfulness, spreading and possibilities to regulate the plant, which, nowadays, ranks among very dangerous and constantly spreading weed species. I therefore monitored the frequency of occurrence of redroot pigweed and other weed species grown on experimental plots during the maize vegetation season, and the effectiveness of weed regulation efforts through three registered herbicides, namely Adengo, Milagro and Callisto 480 SC. All three herbicides were appreciably very effective on redroot pigweed and delivered results proved the necessity of applying herbicides to control weed populations in today?s agricultural practices. In this respect, it can indeed be noted that a long-term regulation must be based on principles of good agro-technology practices and combine effectively sowing procedures, chemical protection and other both direct and preventive procedures.
