Application of Low Molecular Weight Heparins

This master's thesis focuses on subcutaneous administration of low molecular weight heparins. The theoretical part is focused on anticoagulation treatment. It specifies aspects in which treatment with low molecular weight heparins is more beneficial than standard heparin treatment. It describes subcutaneous administration techniques referred to in the scientific literature in the Czech Republic since the year 1995. It also provides descriptions of subcutaneous administration for the most frequently administered low molecular weight heparins in the Czech Republic from package leaflets. The research part investigates whether nurses follow the methods for subcutaneous administration of low molecular weight heparin as recommended by the manufacturers of these products. It also examines whether nurses know the benefits of administration of low molecular weight heparins. In conclusion, the thesis proposes ways of improving the situation in the subcutaneous administration of low molecular weight heparins

Mám-li porovnat sou asnou právní úpravu správního soudnictví s jeho úpravou v OS ve zn ní do 31. 12. 2003, m žu konstatovat, že p ijetí S S p ineslo významné pozitivní zm ny v pravomoci i organizaci správního soudnictví. Došlo k rozší ení pravomoci správních soud v oblasti ochrany ve ejných subjektivních práv. Nyní se lze žalobou ve správním soudnictví bránit krom nezákonného správního rozhodnutí též nezákonné ne innosti správního orgánu p i vydávání rozhodnutí nebo osv d ení a nezákonnému zásahu správního orgánu. Úprava ízení o žalob proti rozhodnutí správního orgánu z stala v podstat zachována, je však složit jší a propracovan jší. Oproti p vodní právní úprav došlo k rozší ení okruhu osob oprávn ných napadnout rozhodnutí správního orgánu z titulu porušení ve ejných subjektivních práv. Nov byla zakotvena též žalobní legitimace stanovených subjekt z titulu ochrany ve ejného zájmu. ízení o této žalob a též o žalob proti ne innosti správního orgánu se mohou ú astnit a v rozsahu stanoveném zákonem chránit svá dot ená práva nov též tzv. osoby zú astn né na ízení. Rozší en byl též okruh d vod , pro které lze rozhodnutí správního orgánu zrušit (a to i bez jednání), zejména o vady ízení p ed správním orgánem. Data Quality and Effective Use of Registers of State Administration

This diploma thesis deals with registers of state administration in term of data quality. The main objective is to analyze the ways how to evaluate data quality and to apply appropriate method to data in business register. Analysis of possibilities of data cleansing and data quality improving and proposal of solution of found inaccuracy in business register is another objective. The last goal of this paper is to analyze approaches how to set identifier of persons and to choose suitable key for identification of persons in registers of state administration. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first one includes introduction into the sphere of registers of state administration. It closely analyzes several selected registers especially in terms of which data contain and how they are updated. Description of legislation changes, which will come into operation in the middle of year 2010, is great contribution of this part. Special attention is dedicated to the impact of these changes from data quality point of view. Next part deals with problems of legal and physical entities identifiers. This section contains possible solution how to identify entities in data from registers. Third part analyzes ways how to determine data quality. Method called data profiling is closely described and applied to extensive data quality analysis of business register. Correct metadata and information about incorrect data are the outputs of this analysis. The last chapter deals with possibilities how to solve data quality problems. There are proposed and compared three variations of solution. The paper as a whole represents compact material how to solve problems with effective using of data contained in registers of state administration. Nevertheless, proposed solutions and described approaches can be used in many other projects which deal with data quality.

Unprofessional film-making and copyright law

Main goal of this work was to map the area of copyright law connected with nonprofessional film-making. Due to fast expansion of the internet and digital media, the number of non-professional film-makers is increasing rapidly. And copyright law is not able to react on this change. Temporary Czech copyright law is strongly developed, with strong position of colective administrators of copyrights. For non-professional use is this situation quite unsuitable. Copyright laws are too strict and complicated and collective administrators are focused on professional use. The result is massive infringement of copyright laws. One of the answers is the Creative Commons iniciative, which proposed few licenses, based od copyright laws. These licenses can be published along with the artwork to encourage potential user to use the work without asking permission. Author can choose what rights would be limited, for example commercial use, or making derivative works. This bachelors work proves that Creative Commons licenses are good choice for non-professional film-maker. They bring simplicity and null costs, in comparison with complicated and expensive licensing from collectively administrated rights.

The journey for values or the protection of nature beyond the frame of work

Diploma thesis on the Journey for values or the protection of nature beyond the frame of work deals with qualitative research made on small group of conservationists, who beside their regular employment in Administrations of Protected Landscape Areas (PLA), protect nature also in the frame of non-governmental organisation. The aim of the thesis is to uncover the motif of "doubled" protection of nature and to find out, how nature protection differs from other occupancies. I apply the biographical method of research in the form of personal interview. Revealed data are analysed according to the grounded theory method. For data collection I use triangulation method. Concerning the sampling methods, I combine the random sampling and the snowball sampling technique. Motivation of conservationists to perform this "doubled" protection of nature arises mainly from the lifelong personal relationship, and contact with nature and also from their interest in it. The protection of nature is at the same time their hobby. Another reason for respondents' work in non-governmental organisation lies in continuing increase in administrative type of agenda in the Administrations, which decreases the amount of possible time spent in the field. Geocaching in relation to sustainable development

This thesis is focused on relation between geocaching and sustainable development. It deals with this relation on basis of approach of geocachers to cache-making and on basis of state of caches in different areas. Approach of geocachers to cache-making tests by semi-structured interviews analyzed by Grounded theory and by internet data analysis. State of caches in different areas tests map data analysis. Outcome shows rather positive relation of geocaching and sustainable development. Strong points of the game are in positive influence on sustaining and shift of memory of places, increasing place atractivity and partly environmetal education. Study can be beneficial for instance for protected natural areas administration, public administration or administration of destination management of areas. Scientific benefit of this thesis lies in surveying this theme and creating basis for next research. Comparison of efficiency of the public courts with private courts in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is comparing the public courts with private courts in the Czech Republic. Introducion of this bachelor thesis is focused on the theory of providing economics goods and then stickler's and adversary's argumentation for the public administration. The following part contains excurcus to operating principle of competition in formation law and private administration and exaction in medieval Iceland, Wild West, England and Bohemia. The main part of work is an analysis of efficiency of private and public courts in civil cases in the Czech Republic. The results of this analysis says that private courts are more efficient. The end of this thesis answers why are private courts more efficient.

Precast construction of production complex with administration

This Final thesis deals with the desig of main supporting structure of the precast concrete frame. Calculation of internal forces is made by sofrware system Dlubal RFEM. For the assessment were selected two most loaded beams with corresponding columns and calyx on the pilot. This thesis contains structural design, mounting report, sectional calsulations of selected elements, mounting details, workshop documentation of selected elements.

The bachelor thesis deals with current situation of the exploitation of alternative work types in the regional administration in the Pardubice region. The thesis is divided into two chapters, one of which describes advantages and disadvantages of flexible working hours. The second chapter uses the survey which is focused on frequency of utilizing different a types of flexible work. It analyzes opinions of offices on this issue. Also, the survey searches questionnaire on potential troubles caused by these loads.

Qeustions of open source licenses in public administration

Cílem práce je poskytnout pohled na celou problematiku open source, především z úhlu jeho využití ve státní správě. Úvod práce se zabývá především pojmem open source jako takovým, dále uvádí nejčastěji používané open-source licence a podrobněji se jim věnuje. Následují teoretické výhody a nevýhody open-source softwaru oproti softwaru s uzavřeným kódem a tuto část uzavírá krátká analýza současného rozsahu využití open-source licencovaných aplikací. Další část se pak zabývá praktickými příklady využití tohoto softwaru ve státní správě, specifiky této oblasti a konečně i vývojem k němuž zde dochází.
